Dr. Idriss hi! Thank you for the very informative videos. I have a quick question related to something else: Face basting with either triple baste cream or with Cicaplast Baume B5. Would you recommend washing facing with cleanser next morning? I understand that for regular mornings (w/o face basting previous night) washing with water only is recommended. I also know that washing face with cleanser is recommended after a "slugging" night with Vaseline. I watched many of your videos but I keep missing this info.

Can I put all this in one smoothie and have it every day? Strawberry blueberry kale spinach black pepper turmeric green tea
Yep, I do most of that, every day for 3 years running. Just green tea seperate and curcumin as a supplement.
@ stupid question but Ive never had them, do I put the berries frozen straight into the blender? Or do I defrost first? If they’re still frozen won’t it broke the blender?
@cassiejparris96won’t break the blender unless it’s a bad blender. I always use frozen berries
You can put Frozen ice in a blender, my berries are always Frozen and it's so nice when the weather is hot but now I don't want a smoothie because I'm cold
Use fresh berries. Frozen berries recently been associated with an increase in norovirus.
I was thinking switching from coffee to green to would be the most difficult, and I actually already drink green tea! 😅 (I've reduced my coffee intake.) All the others I already consume, though I don't eat a lot of avocado for environmental reasons.
Omg your hair looks so cute at that length 🥰
Looking good Doc!!!! Did you get fresh tox or a facial?! You looks so rejuvenated today!
Omg I love your haircut. You look so beautiful
How does stress effect the skin/face?
Did u get ur hair thinned out? Love the color
I am super into freeze-dried berries right now. Retains 90% of nutrients.
Thank you so much!! Very helpful.
One caveat green tea usually has a lot of fluoride in it and for those with thyroid issues fluoride can interfere with thyroid function like other hallides do.
Thank you for this video!
Love this ❤❤❤
Is turmeric is good in perimenauapuse?
@shereeneidris I’m so grateful for this video today. My skin barrier has been slaughtered by the extremely low humidity in my home. Swollen red and bumpy. I just started a weight loss journey with N@@m. You food suggestions go hand in had with my food lessons today. I’m so thankful!!!! It motivates me to eat well not only for my weight but also to aid in my skin health and rosacea.
Also you cleanser has been a god send. I absolutely love it especially because I can’t double cleanse and, oh the glycerin is wonderful.
Help! I don’t know what to put on my barrier broken rosacea skin?
Please keep these gems coming.
Vaseline
Dr.
You’re basically describing the main food source for a keto diet☺️👍 aside from the sweet potatoes. But sweet potatoes are awesome complex carbs. Best to eat the purple ones. Koreans and Japanese eat loads of them.
Great video!
Can you talk about probiotics and the skin. 🙏
Is it true turmeric decrease the effects of estrogen ?
Any chance your skin care products are coming to Australia?
Love this video❤
More videos like this, please!!
For people who don’t want to watch:
1) Fish (wild fish prefered)
2) Berries (blackberries/blueberries)(everyday)
3) Leafy greens (Kale/Spinach)(everyday)
4) Tumeric/Black pepper together -> for gut health
5) green tea without caffeine
6) Avocados (for skin barrier)
7) Walnuts
8) Sweet Potatoes (WITH the skin)
Very useful information. Love your haircut.
