Reclining seats should be standard in my opinion, the option should be if they are separated
The windows in this unit are INCREDIBLE. It used to look like a dungeon in the bedroom; now it looks like a high-end motorcoach. Nice going, Thor!

I think dogs do that on purpose. I had a dog who would wait until we were around a bunch of people and then go right there!
Dislikes: Shower curtain instead of some type of door to eliminate potential water damage, twisty handles on storage doors, no door for the fuel cap. Likes: windows bringing in natural light, nice size refrigerator, solar panel.
When the shower is that tiny, you pretty much have to have a curtain. You’d be banging your elbows into the door all the time.
Dislikes: 1) Only one solar panel. Unless it is 350W it would be difficult to run anything off grid. I guess it is possible to have three 350W panels up there to run things. Also, in one of the side bays, the front one possibly, add a slide out drawer for extra house batteries for having 600- 800 amp hours, preferably lithium ion.
2) Those twist latches on the outside storage doors.I could not see anyway to lock them to prevent theft if one is away from the RV.
3) That shower curtain. It reminds me of Motel 6.
Likes:1) The twin to king option in the rear bedroom.
2) The overall color scheme outside and indoors. I wasn't to keen on the 2019-21 tans. I got past earthtones back in the 80s.
3) The cockpit area looks as if it could accomodate a shorter driver...yay! IF I were to ever be able to afford one of these I would most likely travel with some girlfriends, all of us being under 5'6". I am 5'0" on a good day. The other option would be with my daughters and grand kids. One daughter is 5'4" and the other 5'10" when she is not wearing heels. The driver's seat looks as if it could adjust to any of us who would drive.
Love this floorplan! We are researching RV's and keep coming back to this floorplan. As others have said, wish the shower had a door instead of a curtain and that the microwave/oven was above the cooktop instead of below. Everything else is awesome!!
A F53 chassis… it’s details like that and the fact that you share what you like AND dislike. Makes us all feel like we have someone knowledgeable and who really is looking out for us. I wish realtors would tell their clients the pros AND cons of each property they show so that we can make an informed decision and feel like we have an advocate for that purchase too. ‘Preciate ya’!

I love they detail on the outside walls. Tri-fold sofa is great. I LOVE the twin bed that can convert to one big bed. This floor plan would work week for 2 sisters and a friend to travel together.

While I love dogs, and Yoona is a sweetheart, I don’t agree. Some people are severely allergic to dogs, and they might not think to ask if a dog has been in - and laid on the couch and bed of - the brand new rv before they buy it. They could’ve temporarily tied her in the shade while they did this review.

This is pretty slick for a tiny Class A
I feel like the kitchen should have an induction cooktop - all the other appliances are electric so might as well make the stovetop match. That would also give you a little bit more counter space when the stovetop is not in use.
Also, that shower curtain feels like a water leak waiting to happen.
I do like the versatility of the twin bed that can convert to a king. And the bunk over cab has a good weight limit for the size.
I would love to see an induction cooktop in more RVs.

When I was in Florida i would also have a face towel so i wouldnt be covered in sweat so much. Lets go Matt bring like a small towel so you be more comfy when reviewing. Love this RV but the Entegra 25r is for me.
If they made it easier to lift the mattress out of the way, I’d love that there’s access to the outer storage from inside the RV. Sometimes you don’t want to go outside just to get something.
Likes:
1) Size. Great size and use of space for someone like me who travels alone. I've no need for all of the extra stuff in some 45' RV.
2) Bed. I didn't like it when I saw the floorplan, but then I realized that when you combine them into one big bed, it's HUGE!
3) Chassis. After climbing into a couple of Diesel Pushers and a Super C at the Tampa show, I love how much easier it is to get into this, especially for someone like me dealing with arthritis.
Dislike:
1, 2, and 3) THE SHOWER! When I saw Matt in the shower, I thought to myself ...
"I'd LITERALLY rather have a wet bath, so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting everything else in there wet when using the shower."
It's so bad, that whatever little annoyances I might have thought of before that were forgotten. That shower is 100% a deal breaker for me.
Edit: The only idea I had was to take the sink out of the bathroom, and try to find a few inches of space (front to back). Then they might be able to fit a 30x32 rectangular shower instead (or something).
I am loving this. The shower is not the best. The rest is absolutely fabulous. Knocked it out of the park. Love the decor, storage, colors, the bathroom doors to create space, kitchen, all of it. The decal on the outside for the water heater really make a difference. It makes it look high class!
BTW we love Youna!!
I like the gas cooktop, the 12 volt compressor fridge and the standard solar package to help keep the batteries charged! Not liking the crappy outside cargo door latches and the horrible shower with a dollar store vent fan? Theater seating instead of the cheap looking sofa would also be a huge improvement! Sorry, but I’m not sure if future buyers would appreciate a dog jumping on all of their furniture?
I have wanted one of these since they first came out, I even made a dream board for it :) The outside tv made it perfect but they aren't doing that anymore. One day maybe, love the Gemini too. Also prefer propane fridge option for boondocking.

I really like this RV. I LOVE the sink size & shape because it looks like it would fit my instapot which is invaluable while RVing. I would put in an induction stove top turned vertical to free up a bit of counter space. As far as the bathroom goes they should look at the European slid walls that hide the shower when not in use. I also like that you can lift the mattress to access the cargo area so you can put a laundry hamper underneath the panel, maybe put a side access panel if possible. The one thing I hate is the location of the tp holder, there is no way your either not knocking it off or bruising your knee.

Theater seat option on this FP would be cool. Batteries under the steps.. then go LI loose bathroom sink for bigger shower or bigger shower with sink inside it. Or flip down over stool!
I agree about the sofa. It looks the same as the sofa used with the Murphy bed. Since it’s not a Murphy bed they can do better with cushions

1. shower!! Remove the sink for more space please :)
2. Window openings- really want full opening for air
3. Counter space/ sink having a square double with coverings would be better versatility
Loves:
1. The cab!! Love Thor cabs and passenger work desk
2. Double doors on bathroom. Cool innovation
3. Large back bedroom. Not sure how comfy the king makeup would be but I love the idea
Pro- The kitchen sink and counters are spacious. The microwave down low for handicapped accessibility.
Con- It’s really tight at the bathroom/fridge. That bathroom sink: what’s the purpose. I would want more counter space there.
Wife and I have been looking at Class C, but when I sat in a small A with that huge windshield it was a game changer for me.
I actually love the storage under the bed so you can toss your laundry right down to the underside of the vehicle in a basket and pull up your duffle bags right up from there as you need them.

Great Mother/Daughter Father/Son motorhome when the child is grown and parent is elderly. Also gives the elder opportunity to not be intimated.

My opinion is mixed with this one. It seems convenient but I when I see them on the road they look cheeply made.
The shower box could encompass the sink, increasing the space
Or put the sink over the toilet (fold down) and increase shower space where sink is or eliminate all together. There is a sink in the kitchen.
I LOVE the position of the TV. I hate when it's placed on a swing arm. I LOVE the big window in the kitchen. I agree about the small shower but it's not a deal breaker for me as I would rather have more room in the bedroom or hallway. Not crazy about the shower curtain but I could make due. The only changes I would do if I were ordering one of these is to add day shades and theater seats. Thor did a great job! 👍

Watched about every video there is on the axis 24.1. Its by far my favorite model. Storage, permanent king (2 twin) beds, sofa sleeper for 2 adults, cockpit, length, solar, you name it. But, there are some things that changed for 2022 which I wonder about... They changed the instant water heater back to a 6 gallon one which it was years ago... no idea why and they changed the fridge from 2 way to 1 way.. you did not mention either ..not sure if you are aware. Wonder why this happened. Also the length went from 25.6 to 25.8 and no one seems to know where it went or if its a typo. I would love them to add a pull out pantry. There really is no room for a pantry. Still coming back to it over and over. The MSRP went up almost 15k and I see them selling anywhere from 99k to 125k... it used to be 85k just last year... just my few cents :)
It's the bath that keeps making us on the fence. We love everything about this tiny class A. Maybe Thor should just make that bathroom a wet bath. I agree with Andrea, that shower curtain would be a water disaster. Just make it a wet bath. Also, maybe in the kitchen do an induction cook top. Just would make more sense to me - convention oven and induction cook top go together well. The outside storage is AMAZING.
My three things: I love the back sleeping area and storage - great design and function. I love the windows all around. I love the driver and passenger accommodations - I'm tall and need the extra room. Things that can be improved: That bathroom would be just fine if it was a wet head and the space would be much better utilized. In the kitchen ditch the propane and give me induction cook tops, space for my air fryer and a small microwave. More solar and Lithium to reduce weight and give me more room to stuff the cabinets with goodies. Love you guys! Great work!
I am in love with the Thor RUV's and your reviews. I am going to be getting one soon. The only thing you really haven't shown is if the Drivers seat rotates fully to view the cabin especially the 25.6 model. That and the 27.7 are my favorites. Thank you
Nice job Yuna, Matt and Andrea! I agree with your likes and dislikes, and I think the position of the television in the main area is only good for the person sitting directly in front of it. I'd rather have a wet bath than that tiny space to stand in.

I really like this RV. We require a smaller length and 2 twin beds. Didn't see if there was electrical outlet for CPAP. Don't like the twisty handles on storage doors and the shower curtain, but those are not deal breakers. Would prefer theater seats to couch.
Look at the Winnebago View 24V. Better quality.

I have a 2016 Vegas 24.1 and love it. I wish mine had the longer storage bay by door (mine is two smaller ones), and mine doesn’t have the access in the very back. That would be so awesome.
Don’t likes::
Shower area too small and awkward.
Possibly make the sink in the bathroom where it swings out into the hall so that the shower could be larger.
No cover over the stair well. Someone could really get hurt trying to use the extended counter top and plug in.
Couch should be recliners instead of stationary.
Microwave needs to be up. Don’t like it so low. Combined with the antiquated cooktop. Step it up Thor!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

Do the windows open and have screens in them? It would be so cool if the cab has them too. I love the space and the cabinets. The bathroom door seems awkward. I would want every window to have the capability to open to hear nature plus screens in them. I like having multiple cameras too. It’s very very nice RV. I absolutely think the unleveled area from the cab introduces a risk for a fall. Why is it design like that? It must serve a purpose!
Dislikes
1. The microwave so low to the ground.
2. The shower. Could it be rounded with a door?
3. The awkward steps down from the cockpit area.
Likes:
1. The windows in the cockpit area.
2. The uplighting throughout.
3. King size useable bed even when boondocking

I absolutely LOVE this model (even the shower works for me 🤗) EXCEPT the bed configuration. I'm getting too old to crawl in my knees to make the bed. I would love to see a configuration with a smaller walk-around. Maybe next year???

I like the shower curtain, rather than a hard door for elbow room but the shower pan/ floor lip needs to be taller to keep in water.
Best rv video ever Una needs to be on all future videos. I wish they would put a small sink in the shower like Jayco does and put in a bigger shower.

Things I dislike is how much needs working on day one but ok you spent less be prepared to deal with quirks
The “leatherette” seating materials wear fast, get covers
Drive-ability, everyone I’ve driven handles like crap but there’s a place in Virginia that will fix that if you want stellar handling and not a white knuckle ride down a long grade.
Like single beds take out night stand if possible wood folding door with glass holder, book holder little fold table! In advanced please and thank-you
Interesting little tidbit I got from reading motor trend is that engineers did the math on engine size vs power and economy and this 7.3 was the best overall cubic inches
Still the best layout but the prices are out of control. Maybe with increased production and availability the prices will be more affordable.

@@Scrambler85 I know it's out of control. We were considering buying an rv in the next year or so, but might just travel in our Subaru and stay in hotels. We have been priced-out of the rv market.
@@johnstaufferredraven2073 I bought a 2021 E350 cutaway van and I am in the process of building my own just the way I want it. Using the best materials it will be waaaay cheaper than the RV lot prices. 1,200 watts of solar panels and 600 amps hours of lithium batteries.

+ Cab over bunk, motorized & the mattress/ cushion looks comfy

I like that you can use the Mh with the slide in, the large outside storage and the large cockpit. I dislike the bedroom it would be a deal breaker! the kitchen with no place to put a coffee pot and the bathroom.

Front end is too low. Bathroom shower is too small. Many owners report front windshield cracking often. Great size though .

Yoona is great is this video. She showed us the size of the rear storage, the confort and size of the couch, the bed, and also the amount of space to get around in the RV. I'm sorry Matt but Yoona was the star of this video.
P.S. Thor you need to remove the bathrrom sink and increase the shower size. After this change you will only need one door for the bathroom.

Love these "RUVs" from Thor. But on this model why would they put cabinets up top and the microwave by your feet? It doesn't make any sense
I’ve always thought that was a stupid place for microwave/convection oven. That’d be a deal breaker for me
I don't like it either. Hard to see the buttons.
I have a 2016 Axis 25.2, it’s 27ft long, I love it.
Dislikes:
1. Quality. A lot of stuff was missed at final inspection, evidently. The whole industry needs a quality overhaul with few exceptions. (I’m a former quality professional so this is by far my biggest issue)
2. The bathroom design is terrible. Get rid of that sink and put a small tub with shower.
3. I don’t like the detail on the cabinet fronts. Those crevices collect dirt and are hard to clean.
Likes:
1. Size!!! I like the idea of a class A but always balked at the size. Kudos to Thor for fitting so much in such a short unit
2. Twin beds. I wish more models offered that option. Suggestion: design a way to allow the head of the bed to lift. I’ve seen that done in vans.
3. Fridge is a great size.
I have a 2021 Axis 24.1. Chassis A/C problems. Took delivery in January and couldn't test it. It's been in the shop for going on three months.

My feedback to the manufacturers: love the size overall (under 25 ft) but what is it with the obsession with cabinets everywhere?? I dont get it. You want a RV so that you have a comfortable BED, BATHROOM, KITCHEN, large, big, functional, comfortable, self contained power-wise. They keep insisting in a 1980s RV concept, with for example THREE cabinets in an otherwise terrible bathroom, three!...who needs that? who is carrying two cabinets full of medicines?? you need soap, shampoo and a toothbrush...anyhow...free advise to them... One of these days one will get it and sell a million units...
Those beds are comfy too, I don't know how but they are.

LIKES 1) twin beds in rear. 2) extra flip up counter for more space. 3) not having to slide out the slide out as its so roomy with it in. 4) love the lp stove top
Absolutely LOVE this unit .
Like: Bedroom area, bathroom doors being used for privacy and making the bathroom bigger if putting the doors up as privacy doors between living area and sleeping area, cab bunk (usually coziest place to be in a motorhome, especially if it has a privacy curtain)
Dislike: Slide out, this motorhome just doesn’t need it and the slide out makes it look like a misshaped chest of drawers (I generally hate slide outs), no dinette (a dinette would have made more sense than that atrocious sofa), the shower (looked even smaller than the shower in my parents motorhome, and their bathroom is tiny as it’s a corner bathroom in a 1997 Hymer)
The shower is friggin’ TINY! I’d make it a queen bed, orient it so the head is to the north, and push it against the back wall to expand the bath.
Even the dog approves the coach with the storage.
Love this unit but still the shower is a NoGo and really do not like the counter top, they clash with everything
