wow ken... awesome video!... its so funny, i was asking you guys this morning about e85,,, and you guys responded that the 15-19 engines are very touchy with 93 octane pilling timing.. Now bam,,, you guys posted this video! i guess you answered my question ,, BIG TIME... I cant wait to get my ngauge and tune from you guys down there... If it wasnt fricken snowing where i live, i would the trigger right now, but there is no way i can do ANY pulls on the street with the stage 2 whipple..So i thank you guys for the video and will be contacting you in the near future.. peace!!!
Beautiful curves - that type of power is really fun: a flat torque curve throughout the powerband with horsepower that raises all the way until redline. I'll bet she's a hoot to drive XD
I would love to know a parts list for this car. I just bought the 2017 version almost identical with the race red and blacked out performance packages and this is exactly how I want mine to end up. Only if I lived anywhere near u guys.
It ran great. I wanted to try a 10r80 so I pulled all the parts off, sold the 17, bought a 20, sold the whipple because it wouldn’t fit on the 20, then changed jobs to a much longer drive, sold the 20 an bought a Tesla because free charging and I was spending 600 a month on gas, went back to my old job for more money then I left, bought another 17 6r80 in October, and traded the Tesla for a 23 rcsb 5.0 4x4 f150. I have all the parts from the first 17 except the blower. I’m going to do the same build on it but either wait for the gen6 whipple or try an Ess. I should have just kept the first 17.
I see what youre saying but it gained over 100 horses including the boost...the e85 allows more boost to be ran it would not be safe to run the same boost on 93 so although its not equal boost level comparison the e85 allowed the extra boost to be ran safely so that is part of the benefit going e85. More than 100 wheel peak and those huge gains across the entire rpm band would def be noticeable...
Was the green e85 or blue? I got a 2008 suburban I want to put a Magnuson supercharger but it says it's not compatible with e85 only 93 do you have any idea why that is or are they just behind the tech curb?
Nice gains! Do you guys have an all wheel drive dyno in house? Looking to bring my explorer sport in for a dyno tune around april after I get the upgraded turbos. I have pretty much every other mod and an e30 tune but I feel there is a lot left on the table. Might even want a 50 shot if possible. Let me know
I like PBD and probably going to use them on my 19' but I was hoping for 93 vs E85 same day same dyno no other changes. This car was not even close to the same day and had at least a smaller pulley on it for more boost.
How would you guys tune the new GT500 with the new dual clutch transmission Trimec released Max tq at 664 foot pounds of torque. Knowing this how would you increase horsepower but not the torque.
No way would ford put the power to a transmission and have that transmission work its max potential all the time. It has to be able to handle more than that for longevity but for sake of the public, for some reason they're saying the max is what they're saying it is
Andrew Schwab that’s the only reason I wanna stay away from it is because of the fuel consumption.. being boosted is bad enough.. I was thinking of either meth or running boostane
The 18s can't go quite as high as the 17 and earlier due to the compression ratio of the engine. High 600s is typical on 93 on 2018. On 2017 and earlier we have made mid 700s on 93 being aggressive in good air
We rarely see any one doing that with their car. It's usually either Race or E85. These videos are created based on our daily work on the dyno. They aren't pre planned topics.
From stage 1 to 2 alone you should see 40+ HP and even more from the E85 but you have to cap the power on the 11-14 around 700 or less if you want it to live a long life
Gen2 blocks so far have held more power and failed less than gen 3s but still if the gen 3 didn’t have that stupid spray liner BS they would be one hell of a motor
I disagree. The 2018 engine is holding way more power on average than the Gen 2. We have many 1000+ engines out there stock that are living. That doesn't happen with the Gen 2
Please keep this upload streak of badass videos up

Another 1000hp build. Keep up the good work guys
You guys should do reaction vids of owners after getting their car back from the rollers! Record them hitting the first WOT pull
We are going to start doing some customer ride along/features soon
Sounds great.. are you guys doing a giveaway?
Yes, we should be announcing our sweepstakes before Feb 1

PBD does work!
Nice! Same blower and fuel system I have except I’m running the 3.625 pulley, so I’ll be down a few hp, but it’s nice to know about where I’m at.
How is it running im going to build that set up?

Would have been nice to see it without the pulley first no idea how much the E85 gained to many variables now to really say

Never thought I’d get so much joy by hearing something scream 😊
Awesome video, can't wait to add my whipple. Just curious, how reliable is the digital dash from hell horse?
I wonder how much was it to install the new digital dash in his car.
Derrick B 1800,1900$ check out hell horse performance.
@@blackstang9972 Thanks for the reply I'll definitely check them out because I have a 17 mustang gt and that looks sick.
Damn I need to get you guys on my GT VMP car
We can do that 😎
What is the name of the kit for the 12 inch digital dash? If you know.

No we do not. On the Explorers we have disconnected the drive shaft and tuned it FWD.
@@PalmBeachDyno Thanks I'll be talking with you guys as soon as I get the turbos
When you bump up the hp, does the compression ratio change enough where you need to regap your plugs to avoid misfires at full throttle?
what boost were you running with the 93 octane map?
I like PBD and probably going to use them on my 19' but I was hoping for 93 vs E85 same day same dyno no other changes. This car was not even close to the same day and had at least a smaller pulley on it for more boost.
We have done hundreds of these cars and our dynojet is very repeatable. Both the before and after numbers are very typical of this setup.
Not a Whipple car but we did it back to back the same day on this Procharged 2018 ruclips.net/video/akZdoJXa78A/видео.html
Looks like Ironman under the hood
Who is the owner? I wana know about supporting mods and that digital dash
Awesome
What exhaust is on the car? Long tubes x or h pipe and what mufflers?? Sounds sooo mean
Shane D go with a h pipe and gt500 mufflers. You’ll thank me later
How would you guys tune the new GT500 with the new dual clutch transmission Trimec released Max tq at 664 foot pounds of torque. Knowing this how would you increase horsepower but not the torque.
Cause that isn't truly the max. Just the recommended max
No way would ford put the power to a transmission and have that transmission work its max potential all the time. It has to be able to handle more than that for longevity but for sake of the public, for some reason they're saying the max is what they're saying it is
@@MrDerekRobinson the gt trans 10r80 Max tq is like 590lb and there pushing over that in tuned cars
I have a F-150 with the whipple I will love to gain some more power 🤔
its funny how I can get similar numbers with a little 2.3 vmp whipple fans just dont know
Can you run e85 with just a bap and injectors with 10-11psi? How much hp could you make
I wonder at what point do you need to switch to 10 rib ? Can you make mid 800's on e85 with 6 rib setup or does it require 10 rib upgrade ?
G M you sure can I made 882 on 6 rib set up
GRIPTEC 3.25 pulley
Did these numbers require long tube headers?
Dam that’s only with a a stock motor?? I’m
Guessing he’s pull blots ons, imagine fully ported heads and some forged internals uffff
Stock Engine and Stock 6R80?
Yes
What exhaust setup is on the car?
What's the equivalent of the 3.5 pulley to the VMP or Roush blower? I'm guessing 75mm?
Just convert inches to millimeters
Does the car have a flex tune setup , or do you have to change the tune when you fill up on E85 ?
No we do not believe in flex tunes, especially on power adder cars. A dedicated tune is always best
What brand of wheels are those?
How much power can you gain with switching From 91 to e85 on tvs coyote...same boost nothing changed ? What are the timing advantages on e85?
Andrew Schwab that’s the only reason I wanna stay away from it is because of the fuel consumption.. being boosted is bad enough.. I was thinking of either meth or running boostane
Andrew Schwab do you run the kit just at wot?
Nice 👍🏿
I want that dash
Dude, digital dash in a 15, sign me up how much $?
$1900
Supabuck anyone got a link?
disinferno06 where can it be purchased from?
Hellhorse
What size pulley was on the supercharger before the 3.5”?
3.625
Perfect. Thank ya!!
Would this fit a 2019 gt350
Are you guys running pump E85 or pure E85?
He said pump e85
Anyone know what that reservoir tank is next to the Air Box is for?
Its the fill neck, for the intercooler tank, which is mounted in the fender.
It sounds SO MEAN!....
What's about the max power you can go on a s550 and an 18+ s550
On 93
The 18s can't go quite as high as the 17 and earlier due to the compression ratio of the engine. High 600s is typical on 93 on 2018. On 2017 and earlier we have made mid 700s on 93 being aggressive in good air
@@PalmBeachDyno I'm in the middle of nowhere in WV so e85 isnt really available unless I got 55gal barrels
Go with best 93 you can find and supplement with Boostane. Don't have to change fuel system either, other than pump booster or dual hat...
How about E85 vs race gas?
We rarely see any one doing that with their car. It's usually either Race or E85. These videos are created based on our daily work on the dyno. They aren't pre planned topics.
PBD, I have a 14gt with gen 3 whipple, contemplating changing to stage 2 with e85, what type of HP figures I could expect.
Artie Rodriguez why change? And how much for that? Thinking of VMP stage 3 or whipped looked into whipple yet and what supporting mods you got?
From stage 1 to 2 alone you should see 40+ HP and even more from the E85 but you have to cap the power on the 11-14 around 700 or less if you want it to live a long life
Didn’t just change fuel, you changed the size of the pulley and boost… 🤦♂️ useless comparison.
Gen 2 coyote boosted > gen 3 coyote boosted
Not on E85. Gen 3 just has too much compression for 93.
why do you think that, this car could have the gen 5 whipple if it was 18+
Gen2 blocks so far have held more power and failed less than gen 3s but still if the gen 3 didn’t have that stupid spray liner BS they would be one hell of a motor
