    Hello Dr Walid, thank you fr sharing another view of lung point.
    However, from the first clip M mode, we can already see B lines/confluent B line beneath the static pleura. Acc to blue protocol, that would have directed towards pneumonia already (which didnt fulfilled the criteria of pneumothorax)
    Please correct me if i am wrong.

      Thank you very much for watching and comment, those B lines were down in the area of lung sliding d.t. Pneumonia underlying the area after static pleura, in the area of static pleural it was just A lines ... CT can help understanding exactly what I mean..
