My mom is taking nebulizer, medicine for heart and lungs. Which one should she take first?? I want to know the serial..... Should she take Heart medicine while taking nebulizer? Or lung medicine while taking nebulizer? Which one first? Heart medicine or lung medicine?
Yo I had my first small pneumothorax a year ago, and now just now I had 1 sharp chest pain and and a very minor shortness of breath. Should I be concerned and call my doctors right away?
It was a small chest pain didn’t last very long, the symptoms this time was way more minor than my previous pneumothorax as I had a small shortness breath. And it’s definitely the closed pneumathorax I’m skinny myself
@@shrineVID I fell on my back very hard 2 days ago now I have sharpness in my chest and shortness if breath, but I can't go to the hospital because of risks of coronavirus, hopefully it will heal on its own.
2:44 Oh dear, I think you missed a bullet point. That’s alright though you still did a wonderful job and did amazing and detailed research I’m super impressed!
You said the central venous pressure would increase, that’s baffling because if the lungs are hyperinflated shouldn’t that push against your heart and affect your venous return, which would decrease your preload, cardiac output plus your BP, and your CVP?? I don’t see how a patient would develop JVD if the Systemic Vascular Returns are all down, unless it’s sub q emphysema
I am confused 😭💔 Now Open= air comes from outside/atmosphere Closed=air comes from the lung Spontenous= simple= air comes out and in Tension= air is trapped inside, comes in but not going outside Both open and closed can be either spontenous or tension Is that right? Especially "spontaneous =simple) ??????

I have 2 questions Can a large left lung pneumothorax collapse lungs has the same chest pain like a heart attack Like sudden chest pain radiate to the left shoulder then pain goes down left arm ? Second question and can you fail tmt tread mill stress test with large left lung collapse lungs pneumothorax ?
First question: Pneumothorax is a chest pain that can resemble ischemic heart disease. But unlike heart attacks, Pneumothorax chest pain is pleuritic. Second question: You’ll fail the treadmill test because of pain, not because of ST elevations and decrease coronary flow.

Just easier and faster to reach in an emergency situation.

2:07 Is atm 1 or 0? 1 atm equals 760 mmHg, not 0. 0 atm is called a vacuum. Right?
In medicine, when pulmonologists refer to pressures as 0, +1, or -1, they are not talking about them in terms of actual barometric measurements!
