As an IS500 owner, that v8 is glorious, also a side note...something I learned...push the gas to the floor...push a little harder and you will feel a click. There is no way you are flooring all the way without the traction control triggering well past 50 mph. Also hold the traction control button for about 10 seconds and all the bells and whistles will shut off, also the throttle gets way more responsive. Be prepared for new rear tires.

Damn nice ride, I'm sure torque management is what's making it feel not as fast. But I wouldn't go modifying it, I'd just drive it and keep fresh fluids in it.
