Well there are some cons as well, but it feels fresh after iPhone for sure!
I never thought I'd say my Sammy phone, the s23 ultra would be better than my iPhone 14 pro max. In fairness to the s23 ultra it's beating iPhone in absolutely every single area. It's by far the best phone iv ever used and I have access to all the phones..
My 14pm is collecting dust . This 23 ultra is a beast

You know I’ve never tried an android phone in my life and I’m still getting confused with the android OS but I’m getting used to it little by little. I’d say one thing where iPhone seems to perform a bit better is the super wide angle lens. However when we talk about the telephoto lens-this is where the s23 shines…also the Samsung has such a nice screen…either way I’m gonna be coming back with the full comparison very soon stay tuned!

"I can choose ring tones?" lol I really felt that when moving from Sammy to iPhone. The iPhone is smooth and all but it's so so restricted, I can't believe how people are ok with that. I can't even place an icon wherever I want it wtf Apple? I wouldn't even call that "customization", it's just common sense that users should be able to place icons wherever they want on their home screen. So this "customization" (aka common sense) is one of the reasons I am considering going back to Android/Samsung.
Yes the ringtones is huge! Never felt so much freedom ever since my Sony Ericsson k700i from 2007 😆😅

I watched the unboxing, saw the part with the wallet case for the phone. I was watching to see what else you would add to the phone. Do you think that lens protectors would be a good idea if the phone is to be used often to film videos?
Hi, I don't know if you know but you can have the same gestures to navigate the phone like the iphone, go to settings, display, then navigation bar, and you can change to have the same little bar at the bottom of the screen instead buttons, I find the animations are very fluid and it brings a lot of pleasantness for daily use
Yeah I do not like it as I prefer the button layout more, that is actually one of the things I do not like in the iPhones haha

S23 Ultra has 8k and in 30 fps....Ridley Scott did a film with the S23 Ultra in full cinematic amaziness

Cause it only works for wide angle lens
8K is only on the main 200Mpix camera though.

@@stevendivish yeah, I honestly think 8K as well as the 100x zoom are a gimmick, but the rest of the features are legit.
Is that case-closed animation and time cube just a feature of the case or the OS in general? Going back to Samsung for the first time in 4 years and was wondering
its the animation that turns on with this type of case, you can adjust and customize it a little, choose different clocks etc.

I think 512 is a better option as it offers more RAM memory, that’s the one I got, now they have offers and sell 512 memory for the price of 256, but it depends on where you’re located…

I had been a note user and updated to 23 ultra just now....i wanted a smaller phone but looking at 23 ultra's specs , i couldnt help it but buy ......it's a great phone but I would right now swap this phone for a smaller phone...man it's humongous....

Hello! Great video! Now I'm choosing between s23 ultra and 14 pro. I've never used iPhone and a little afraid. What is you first impressions of video quality comparing with your iPhone?
Both iPhone 14 pro and the galaxy s23 ultra are great. Each has its own advantages over the other one. Samsung is definitely better at the telephoto range with the camera, also android OS has more customization, however iOS is more integrated into Apple ecosystem and super convenient if you have MacBooks and use airdrop…I’m still testing both phones back to back, iPhone seems to perform better for video with the main camera and super wide angle though…I’m gonna be posting the full comparison of the 2 phones next week, it’s gonna be a full on camera test, stay tuned 🙏

@StevenDivish just go to clock and then alarm where you can find sleep settings! Fun fact - in one ui if you're confused or don't know where to find a setting, you just need to open settings and there's a search option....that's literally the Google of your Samsung phone, you really don't have to remember the exact path for a particular setting.

I always wonder if these guys actually get paid by Samsung. Some of these reasons make no sense of what people actually are looking for or care about. The first thing is no one messages imessage sending full quality video and photos with a tap of a button not needing links or anything is huge. That right there is enough to make someone not switch. What's the point in having those amazing cameras if you can't show anyone without sending links or telling people to download apps to see your video that's crazy. Also optimization is no where near how optimized Apple is. I had a s23 ultra to test it out and didn't take a week before I switched back. It's all about what the user actually needs not the fact that a case can do something cool lol or you can customize your screen lol no one cares about that if you can't even send a photo or video.
No one cares about imessage outside of america, and no, he shurely doesnt get paid, he speaks just fax...

Iphones have some good features like quality sound and usually good cameras, but are overpriced and have difficulties in conecting with other devices (tv, printer)
you know whats funny this Samsung cost me 300 USD more than iPhone 14 pro here in Europe. So I wouldnt say its overpriced compared to the galaxy :)
You should compare with Iiphone14 pro max with same 512 gb memory and it is cheaper

You said you cannot film in 8k with this camera... You can! Ithe Samsung S23 ultra can film in 8k 30fps.
It can not! What is the source of your info? Please watch again, the 8k isn’t available for the telephoto zoom lens. It’s only available for wide angle lens. I’m working on the ultimate camera test where I’ll show all the details from the filmmakers perspective, it’ll cover a lot of things that haven’t been said about Galaxy s23 Ultra’s cameras. It’s gonna be out next week, so stay tuned
@@stevendivish ah yes... One of the lenses can film in 8k 30fps... Not all of them. I thought you meant it cannot do 8k filming at all. I believe it's the 200megapixel camera that can film in 8k. I'm still waiting for my preorder. :S

The image quality is decent If only it had airdrop…the file transfer is horrible to mac. Can you give any advice how to transfer files from the Galaxy s23 Ultra?
@@stevendivish You can try Samsung smart switch its really good and fast
it doesnt work apparently since 2022 update....I downloaded the "android file transfer" but it works like 4/10 times...I wish there was an easier solution for file transfer cause I filmed quite a lot of footage for my next video and need to edit it asap lol
@@stevendivish your best bet is to plug in a USB into you Galaxy and transfer your files onto that. Then plug it into your Mac
