I liked the Karen Traviss Republic Commando series but it got way too edgy and preachy in books 3-5.
@Ulfang999 I mean, sure. In legends, the original mandalorians (the mando'ade) were taungs, not humans.
@Ulfang999 Mandalorian culture allowed anyone to become one. It was also common for Mandalorians to adopt, regardless of species. One guy adopted all the original ARC troopers and some republic commandos in the Republic Commando books.

Fun Fact: In the medieval times, there was a knight who made himself a prosthetic arm after it got sheared off by a cannonball. He used it to overpower his enemies and punch them with his RAW IRON FIST.

The man of the Lorain order, his creed is to wield his weapon on any battle field and to return with his helm or never return at all. His armament is a short sword and a repeating hand crossbow.
He will occasionally wield a staff of destruction which erases foes. His armor is made from mithrel and he uses an enchanted backpack of flight. He has a limited number of fireballs he can cast and he has several scrolls from his order. He hates the undead and seeks vengeance upon them. His order has been in decay after the rise of the empire. He has found a young creature who is reminicent of a gnome or an elf. This creature has a strong innate strength at sorcery who the order of Lorain has fought in the days of old. The remenants of the empire seek after the child through talisman of tracking leaving the knight constantly on the run. He is a devout follower of his creed and is the last of his coven. He sails an outdated ship and meets many unique individuals on his quest.

This actually works much better than many other covers in this style, it has this primal feeling that fits so perfectly. It would be great to see more covers of other similarly primal sounding orchestral pieces done in this style.

I cannot think of a major "Mando Hunter" apart from Revan.
Once he got alongside the revanchists in the Mandalorian Wars in the help of a desperate Old Galactic Republic, he become almost the bane of them. The mandalorians feared few things in the universe, and I'm sure Revan was in their top 10 list.

I have to say that I failed to fully read the title and missed that Vode An was included, so when the first few trills in place of the chant played not only did I recognize it immediately but it also gave me some of the most intense chills I've had in a while.

Have to be honest, it's really the artwork that accompanies these videos I like the best. Don't get me wrong, I love the compositions, but the prospect of re-designing the characters so that they keep their iconic appearances while becoming something else, that's just beautiful.

I'm going to have to have this playing in the background while I work on my Sarah Sanderson Mandalorian cosplay! This is PERFECTION!
Man, this is a masterpiece. Combining Vode An *and* The Mandalorian Theme. On top of that, yet again I love the artwork. I know the Mandalorian armor was inspired by ancient armor from history, but I could believe the armor depicted here being real historical armor. The one on the right also resembles Darth Revan a little bit with it's hood.
He also added Boba's theme which I appreciate.
