After discovering that Hernandez was actually a good cop, I felt bad for him when he was killed, Pulaski was a real bastard, if there was an alternate timeline of Hernandez surviving and helping CJ kill Pulaski, that would have been great

The problem I had with this ending is that c*cksucker Pulaski didn't gave me the 100% satisfaction of killing him. Instead, it irritates me the fact that his last words were to piss CJ more. Would love to re-do this mission BUT with a torture option rather than quick death.

Pulaski is shot, and lands on his face, CJ blows up the car then in the cutscene it's unscathed, and Pulaski is laying against the car?
Pulaski has a desert eagle, which, in addition to doing the damage of... a desert eagle (AKA, it hurts like salt in a wound), it causes CJ to flinch, meaning he can't fire for a bit. Shoot him before he shoots you.
I know a way to kill him without starting the chase at all.
If you completed the Mission Green Goo, and land the jetpack where you start the chase, the jetpack will be still there. If you start shooting at Pulaski before he enters his car, this may trigger a glitch where he'll suddenly freeze and hold his hands up in the air. He is invincible at this point, so the player must dismount from the jetpack and he'll start attacking, and at that point you can finish him off.
Pulaski was vulnerable at that moment and probably knew about the large amount of weapons CJ was carrying in his pocket. ;)
I beat this mission by forcing him into the water, then he drowned. Didn't get the cutscene

DANG, the thing that CJ did at the end, that was just savage.
Until I read about shooting the tyres out on Pulaski's car, this mission drove me so mad I actually thumped my controller lol! It is very frustrating, but if you get a couple of his tires before he gets into the car, it's easier, just make sure you have body armour or use the infinite health cheat, cos once he's out, the b****d's a dead shot!
At the end where CJ teabags Pulaski...I was laughing hard out 💪😁

No one noticed that in the mission riot when the squad is watching the news they talk about Tenpenny and PULASKI being charged and they said they are both exiting the courtroom. After that Kendl says Pulaski will probably end up dead. This happens near the end of the game after you kill Tenpenny😂

1:36 Hernandez made a mistake in there, He Shouldn't have run towards to Pulaski, Hernandez should have taken his gun out of his holster and hit the pulaski, I think hernandez could have lived then
They knew that the hit didn’t kill him, more like he passed out. Most likely thet Pulaski took his gun

I don't know man, but if you stop the video at 1:38 when the hernandez is about to fall into the pit, He has a pistol in his holster. I think his gun didn't have a bullet, or could not do it because he was injured. There is no other theory left.
And then CJ would take Hernandez to the hospital
How does he go from with the gun still in control at 1:55 to running away the next scene. I though Hernandez was going to cause a distraction but CJ didn’t capitalize in the cutscene.
