at 11:40 if u keep following him on the country road an then push him into a sign or pole, his car won't move. Then you can easily kill him. Then get a tractor(may have to wait) and tow big popas car back to one of your garages. once it closes and opens, it will be unlocked and you can drive it. it is faster than all the cars in the game.
