Well, yeah. CJ didn't have a choice but to follow Tenpenny's orders, which Hernandez had already noticed that Tenpenny brainwashed Pulaski and is just a dictating shit, so he tried to help him because, after all, Tenpenny is the reason why CJ went to LS.
Well if you watched the short film "The Introduction" for GTA SA, Hernandez joined CRASH cause he said gang wars were the only crime in LS.... he later got forced to shoot Officer Pendelbury, he was forced to follow Tenpenny's orders like CJ
CJ should've at least tried to help Hernandez

But i do agree with you on where he woke up and he couldve shot pulaski, if that happened then maybe Hernandez would be a close friend/ally of CJ and will most likely help CJ kill Tenpenny.

Well, I wanted Tenpenny to die in a worse way...
Well, after playing this mission I stopped killing innocent people, knowing the fact, CJ is actually a good man... He tries to talk to Pulaski before killing him
Go watch the mission deconstruction and then tell this again, but to be honest that's the only mission I felt bad, but you can avoid killing the Toilet guy tho, you can watch Real Kev3n's Pacifist video on how to do that...
But still, in that mission only I felt CJ cruel
But other than that, yeah he have good heart tho

3:12 I remember this scene, this also happen in another game, and that one is Yakuza: Like a Dragon, specifically, the scene when Saeko finished Katsuragawa
I was hoping I could get this mission done in about 5 seconds by hitting the car with the rocket launcher before Pulaski drove away, but that didn't work, so I ran up to where there's a cliff where you can look over the road when it sharply curves, then Pulaski tends to turn around and drive in circles, so I then blasted his car with the bazooka as he was trying to turn around on the curve. Passed it in about 45 seconds.

I did this mission one time and really struggled with it. Either I was driving like a dick or Pulaski was driving like a pro, until he drove off the road and off the cliff. Still got the end cut scene. GTA Logic
Wait until Pulaski gets into the car and drives and put in the cheat code for "destroy all cars" and bam mission complete.

My friends who introduced me to GTA San Andreas told me that after they kill Pulaski, they just mess around with his corpse some more. They said that they feel so good after they kill Pulaski and they either shoot or stamp on his corpse.

You have to complete the missions, Free Fall, Green Goo, and Madd Dogg to receive the call and unlock the mission. Try finishing the missions at the airfield, which is what I had to do.

There were two questions the confused me, first why didn’t Pulaski kill Cj instead of running away, and second why didn’t CJ snatch the gun when he had the chance?! I’m not sure if this is how it works but the only way that I can explain all that was it’s because this is GTA. In fact, Pulaski never intended to kill CJ in the first place, he knew he’s gonna revive in the nearest hospital, so he fled. You don’t have to look carefully and you’ll notice that CJ actually caught Pulaski’s arm right after pulaski shot the other guy and he didn’t snatch the gun, and the reason was you had to kill a person first and let the gun float in a circle first in order to obtain it.

Why does Eddie run away from CJ? He still had his gun after he shot the other cop. Maybe he ran out of ammo. But that doesn't explain how he shoots at CJ once his car is destroyed. He might have had an extra gun or more ammo in the car. But Idk. Can someone explain?
