Once, i played this mission after complete the main story, because you can play this mission whenever you want, so when i played it was like the last mission in the game, and it was so cool.
I completed the Storyline missions before this on my iPad, and day after day i get barraged by Woozie's calls

For the people who is wondering how to do this mission, You need to get 35% progress with Millie to get a keycard then this mission will happen

You have to date her until she gives you the card. Alternatively, you can kill her and get the card that way
Because this mission is a non storyline mission but still needed for 100% completion

I remember I did that parachute part perfect once at 9:14 on the older game. After that I tried again and I can't seem to get it, I always get a lower altitude. How do you guys do it?

Do NOT jump. Just run off the roof. In his case he delayed his jump after running i didnt know thats possible but apparently it is. The technique is do NOT jump, just run

It took so many missions to buildup and commit a heist in a casino but it took one mission and a plan consisting 'go go' to steal a jetpack from a highly guarded military facility
