Thanks, buddy! Really enjoyed watching this video. Just hit the Ashlands a couple days ago. Anytime fires break out, I just treated them like voodoo that cannot be explained. Now I know better.
Great video brother! I appreciate how in depth you can take a singular topic like fire! One thing, did you try the smoke bombs for extinguishing fire? I believe this also works
Thank you so much for your comment! It's a pleasure to become part of the RUclips community! Regarding smoke bombs, it will be necessary to conduct additional tests and perhaps even release an addition to the existing theme.
I may have missed this or it may have been inplied but I'm assuming the tertiary fire (fire from red spark) does not spread any longer? If so, this gives a maximum spread from a fire based on its starting fuel and RNG from its sparks.
i'm sorry but standing torch can cause fires, if the torch is close enough to the walls it will spread a fire onto the wall, i sadly set me/my base on fire due to a torch placement touching the wall.
During tests, I tried to place wooden parts directly above the torch and the only result I got was that the torch went out over and over again. Thank you very much for your note, I’ll have to double-check this point again!
@@AdventurestGaming It looks like the torch goes out if the beam is high enough out of the fire that the smoke accumulates before the fire spreads. Otherwise, putting the flame of the torch directly in contact with a wooden structures catches it on fire.
Yes, I've got the same results right now. If the torch directly contact any wood structures they will catch on fire. But if you place them just a half meter higher - the fire will go out.

I'm so glad my video was useful to you! Thanks for your comment!

Torches CAN set your house on fire if they are clipped into a wood object.
Yes I've already tested this after conversation with one of the viewers. Better not to clip them.
@@AdventurestGaming Thanks for all your hard work!
Thank you for support!
Smoke bombs can reduce effect of fire, apprarently.
I will make tests on that topic. Thank you very much!

Only if you turn it on from spreads outside the ashlands. But okay we're still riding this out won't lie.
Yes, yes, exactly ))) Thanks for the comment!
@@AdventurestGaming if you dont you can't do the 50 coal instantly outside ashlands
You can do it if you enable Fire Hazard in world modifier.
@@AdventurestGaming yeah I notice
i think this is a bit outdated because hearts can indeed set wood around them on fire
They can but don't throw sparks around all day long. So it's much more convinient to use.
@@AdventurestGaming honestly im loosing my mind cuz its 3rd housse that burned down xD
Try to have more distance from any wooden structures at least 2 meters from all the sides.
You didnt say anything about smokebombs and how to use them to put out fire?
Already noted that. I will make additional tests on that topic.
You missed the smoke bombs 😉

@@AdventurestGaming i bet you got a lot of sub from that lol
I hope that it will be so
Does this mean my house is gonna burn down
If you do not follow fire safety rules, then a similar outcome is possible. Thanks for the comment! )
