It's because he wanted to gain some weight I think he was uncomfortable with being "skinny" so he started to workout and eat more and he seems alot happier since he gained some weight ... he posted some things on instagram exactly about this topic so I think this is why ... sorry for a late reply
I honestly think Phil has gotten over his anxiety he looks much more healthier and happier in this video and on his Instagram well done Phil anxiety and depression is a hard thing to overcome
