- Today I tested how well Fabuloso Antibacterial Multi-Purpose Cleaner disinfects my home. I tested this product using sterile swabs, and agar Petri dishes, testing surfaces before and after cleaning with Fabuloso!

Spray bottles are definitely the way to go, finer coverage, less wastage, more control, all good.
Absolutely! Spraying makes cleaning so much easier. I also like wipes with disinfectant on them for my testing here because it really reduces the chances of cross contamination.

Fabuloso induces an immediate migraine for me. I couldn’t figure out why I came away with a horrid headache after visiting a friend, the fake smell stuck with me. I asked her about and she stopped using it, said it made her sick too!

There was a recall of fabuloso a few months ago. Your purchase could have been part of the recall.

Me too but it removes dog urine but it gives me a headache
It seems that Fabuloso may work better with kitchen bacteria and not bathroom bacteria/germs
That is the interesting thing about the testing that I do, sometimes cleaners work better in the bathroom, some the kitchen!
Here in Mexico we never use it as cleaner haha, always in combination with chlorine to clean

May not be safe to mix chemical solutions esp strong chemicals like chlorine. I would advise against it. The fumes are toxic and mixing solutions could pose deadly esp in unventilated spaces
@@keikei3301chlorine (bleach) is also very corrosive. It could destroy the material over time, especially if you don't dilute it properly.
It is indeed NOT safe to mix fab with bleach
Fabuloso + bleach makes CHLORINE GAS!!!!!! You're not supposed to mix them. Fabuloso contains ammonia, which should never be mixed with bleach. Very bad for the lungs

I understand. I think there are lots of loopholes in the claims. Perhaps in a lab with a particular strain of bacteria it worked great.. so they can put it on their label. Also, I don't think it is necessary to always remove all the bacteria all the time in your home either. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I just spray it directly from the original bottle and my bathtub sparkles when I clean it with it. I asked her to check it and she sent me this link. I still think it works perfect for the bathtub and the sink in the bathroom.

I have bought Fabuloso forever and use it sometimes, but when I use it directly from the original bottle in my bathroom sink and bathtub they end up soft and sparkling.

Pinesol no longer contains pine oil and doesn't work like it did back in the day. They changed the formulation about 10 years ago and still market it under the original label. I won't use it anymore.

ooohhhh that is a loaded question.. Since I test so many products, I don't want to waste them, so I use them until the are empty except for fabuloso..
Increasing ratio to one full cup to gallon ?

Why aren’t you putting the samples in individual petri dishes?
This I how I do my tests to conserve resources. Petri dishes cost money also I don’t want to produce lots of waste. I also like seeing before and after right next to each other.
It looks way over diluted
For my channel I follow manufacturers guidelines so I diluted it according to the instructions. Thanks for watching
