I have used one of thoes a had full of times, a guy near me rents one out..by far the best one I have ever used.
I am the one who makes those and we are in Thomasville NC on ballpark rd,North American Implements, they are the best out there and we put a lot of work in those because they have to be sage and perfect to haul whatever with
Can you send company phone number
I love the design of this. i have owned a couple manufactured 5th wheel wreckers. this one was so much better. that hanging chain system of the protote was less than fantastic. the job site has more fine height adjustments. that is nice. the only thing i dont like about any of them is how far back the load is on your truck it is sitting on. my experience is that it takes too much weight off of the steer axle. a longer wheel base truck sure makes it nicer.
I totally agree!
You said you can tow car with this wrecker can you show please
Good video . Nice equipment . Thanks
I went to their website and couldn't find anything on car attachments
Can you tow a 26 ft box truck with that
It’s to bad they did not build the unit with a under lift like miller and jerrdan where you could also have wheel grids and l arms
Zacklift has a similar tow kit east install 20 mins tops
I seriously doubt the price would even be close. The Zacklift would be great if you need to pull from the front. For me picking from the back frame works best.
Hey were you ever able to make that modification you were mentioning in the video around 11:22? Just curious. If so could you shoot a video so I could by chance copycat?
No not yet. You might call Jobsite and ask them to tell you how they do it. Ask for Jim. You might just use a 4x4 to shim out the chains. If I do hook a truck lick this I will make a video.
These are meant for hauling on bare frame correct? So remove bumpers or they get marked up?
I almost always pull the truck from the rear. It’s just faster and I don’t have to deal with pulling axels. I did pull that garage truck from the front because I could not get on it in the rear. I have seen guys pull the front bumper and get on front. I think this wrecker would do a good job pulling from the front since it doesn’t have those chains swinging and trying to eat the radiator.
Your car needs a tow bar on it. The wrecker has a tow receiver at the bottom. Just go buy a hitch and stick it in the receiver and put a pin in it. You can also tow a car trailers.
Hey whats the company name who makes them
I don’t remember. There a big outfit in NC. They make a lot of tractor attachment. Just call them.
I'd like to see a towing a 26' box truck
What would be hard about that? You could grab it from the rear. Or you can hook the front. Use a tire to protect the bumper.
@DaycabDaycabs stop commenting and just show us a new video of box trcuk!!!
Where can I buy
I dont see how that tow bar provides for any twist.
I’m sure on there website there all some photos to explain it to you.
There is a 2” center pin in the middle. It has lots of TWIST.
