Hi,it's Phil again I did 50yrs on the footplate 8yrs on steam i started at edgeley shed on the 4th of April 1961 in 1964 I moved back to edgeley the shed I started at I fired all number of different locomotive in my time I finished my time out at longsight as a driver I finished in 2011 but on the 19th of February 1973 I fired the flying Scotsmen from Manchester to derby works and on the 25th of August 1973 I fired lender from derby to Manchester Regards Phil.
To whom it may concern I am trying to make a video of my journey in the up grading of an O gauge model of a Lima Fowler 4F and i would like to use a little bit of live action footage of the actual locomotive at the moment it is impossible for me to cqpture my own footage, as much as I would like to, would you have any objection if I could use a small excerpt ot your film footage? Wait, 44445? I recognize that number. Yes, I have a photo of her shunting outside edgley box, Stockport isn't far from me
Good video, I love this channel as a whole, and I love the 4f’s. Their rods are very clanky from what I here in the video.
