How do I put both lists side by side and then make both lists equal so I can compare apples to apples on each row? Vlookup?

Very helpful! I had an issue that I cannot resolve when getting #Value! message instead of the validation. it is failing on a text field. I tried changing formatting and tried to remove and replace plain txt but it does not resolve. Any ideas?
