Seeing Mount Fuji this close and without anyone else blocking the view is a rare experience. The fried chicken & co. looked really appetizing. Liked your choice of souvenirs. It was interesting to take a glimpse of a Seven 11. (The logo appeared in another vlog.) THX for taking me along. :)

I am so picky with my Japan bloggers even though there are so many amazing ones, I just have a short attention span haha but your vlogs I watch all the way through! I love how natural and clean they are and living in Japan is my biggest dream ever which your vlogs help me really visualize it and it’s helping me manifest this soon to be reality ✨❤️ Thank you for this! I just found you two days ago and already binging your videos 😂 I hope to finally go this year to Japan!
That's such a lovely compliment, thank you so much! 💕🫶 It's wonderful to know that our videos are giving inspiration, as we love sharing the beauty and joy of living in Japan. ☺️ We're glad you found us, and we hope you get to travel here soon!
Was at Kawaguchiko just last week for Sakura full bloom. Also, an FYI to anyone heading there. FujiQ Highland is free to enter. You can pay for an all day pass like Disney, Universal etc, or do a pay to play style like a carnival and pay for individual rides/attractions. One last note, I would suggest an overnighter here like Jeff and Mel’s video mentions. A day trip is possible, but you can really only cover the Pagoda and one smaller side quest. I did three nights because of Sakura full bloom and hit up all the Sakura places from the Pagoda and a few other spots and included a day at fujiq.
Hi! I wanted to say thank you for this video. We went to Fuji and ate at Yoshida on your recommendation. The family was so nice, the food was delicious and the portions were enormous. Plus we got to get lots of pictures of Fuji just one street over. 🎉🎉
Thank you for such a lovely message! We’re sooo happy that you and your family enjoyed the recommendation ☺️ Sounds like you all had a wonderful trip! 💕
Here’s the link to the exact unit we booked! Hope this helps ☺️ www.airbnb.com/rooms/972880564950145116?guests=1&adults=1&viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76&unique_share_id=769baefb-03cf-46f3-a4d7-8eb32fc0ac16
We booked tickets via the Fujikyu Bus website (you can Google 富士急バス株式会社 and then translate the website). The local restaurant where we ate dinner was called Yoshida (Address: 1 Chome-9-3 Matsuyama, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0016, Japan) Hope this helps! ☺️
It should be this one: 1 Chome-9-3 Matsuyama, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0016, Japan It’s like the first floor of a house, kind of residential looking at first glance. I hope you’ll have a chance to stop by! Super kind folks! ☺️
I think it got up to 18°C in the daytime, and a little below 10°C in the evenings. Since it was quite sunny, we actually got kinda sweaty during the day haha.
What an unnecessary comment, seems you have a preference. I suggest you watch “silent travel vlogs” or “aesthetic vlogs” instead. Her vlog is a very informative, which is useful for us who has never been to Yamanashi.
Horrible feedback 😂 as someone who studies content creation and social media there are many vlog styles and they are all necessary. Their personality is perfect for talking vlogs, very entertaining. Go watch those who do silent vlogs instead of expecting all to do the same thing.

Aw, this made us smile! Thank you 💕
I've been to Hoto place!! That was good one!
Oh, nice! When did you go there? We really liked the lively atmosphere and the traditional seating!
I want to go there
@@itsjeffandmel That was before Covid-19
Hey, do you mind putting the ticket link for the bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko? Hahaa first timer here. Thanks :)
Sure thing! Does this link work for you? www.highwaybus.com/gp/inbound/inbPlanList?lineId=110&onStationCd=001&offStationCd=095&lang=EN
that was nice!🗻
Thanks! We got really fortunate with the weather- not a single cloud in the sky that morning. 🙌
Hi, may i know what's the name of the traditional village that you had planned to go?
It’s called “Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba”. We managed to go there this summer and it was so beautiful and unique!
Hi guys. Great vlog. Really informative. May I know which month you went? I'm planning to visit during the early December.
Thank you! We went in early December, so your timing is pretty perfect! Hope you catch some amazing views ☺️👏
@@itsjeffandmel thanks for the reply 🙏🏼
how to go to chureito pagoda?
The best way is probably to rent bikes to explore the area. Alternatively you can take the local train to Shimoyoshida station and walk from there!
Can you share the name of the airbnb? I’m planning to stay there for a day :) thank u!

Where is this restaurant?
Can you bring luggage on the bus?
Yep! There’s a large storage compartment under the bus for everyone’s luggage. The staff will help you get the stuff in and out. ☺️
@@itsjeffandmel thanks!
hope you can share the google address of yoshida restaurant, i cant seem to find it :)

Hi… may i know, when actually this video is taken?
It was taken in early December 2023! :)

Where did you come from?
We moved from Canada to Japan last year! 😊
Bad tourists
You are talking too much, a lot of words. It's better to just show
We appreciate your honest feedback! We're trying different styles and figuring out what works better. :)

Such rudeness. Totally uncalled for.
