I'm so excited! Another tragic Melbourne photographer here! We've just booked our trip for May 2025 and we're staying at Lake Kawaguchiko for three days! I already have much of the time planned out in my head but it's so exciting to see how much you enjoyed it! This will be exactly what I'll be like when we're there! 😁

Thank you for documenting everything, and bringing us along the journey ❤ I’m always itching for the time when I’d get to go back to Japan again.. Thanks for the video, it really helped us plan our own visit to Mt Fuji. We have just returned from Japan and used the driver that you recommended. NAKAYAMA RIUICHI (中山龍一) was fantastic! The morning of our day trip was really cloudy and we thought it would be a dissapointing trip. He had checked the conditions and took us straight up to the highest point that you can get to by car. This put us above the clouds and gave us a great view (first snow for the season too!). He really went the extra mile! The rest of the day with him was also fantastic. To top it off we got him to get us to the airport when we started thr trip home. Thanks again.
I usually dont subscribe but this has been a thoroughly enjoyable video to watch. You just got the perfect weather and perfect photos and also the spots that I wanna visit. Sadly I might be alone so im trying to find someone mainly for the photos. Thanks
thank you so much! I apreciate all your effort you two put on this video! it is incredible and you gave me a good idea on some spots I can go with my girlfriend on december! thanks again! (:
Wow I'm excited for you! Do go if you have a chance, it's interesting to see it in Oct, the mountain might be a little bald because of the weather, but worth a try to see it in its full glory if you monitor the live cam 🤩
I’m going in November and hoping to get a better fall foliage, I am so excited! We wanted to rent a car and drive by ourselves but kinda hesitant due to road signs and driving on the left side, although my sister is from London so driving on the left maybe not that much of the problem. But having a driver will be so much stress free and convenience.
One of the best content related to Lake Kawaguchiko. I am wondering the details regarding to driver. Did you meet at the station and follow the route and how did you find him via Klook or a friend?
Thanks for the sweet message, so glad you enjoyed the video! Haha I'm not sure about the official name I'm so sorry, but I just saw them still selling it in Seoul a week ago, at the North Face shop under the White Label collection. Hope that helps!

Super great video! perfect for tourist who is into photography and videography! may I know how many days are you? and where do you check in? Can a driver be your assistant to if your a solo traveller :D
Hi Diana! So glad you enjoyed the video! 😍 I went there for 3 days 2 nights, it was a good amount of time for us to not rush for checking in/out. I stayed at an airbnb, which was cheaper; I shared some deets in the previous vlog ☺️ I think a driver is cheaper if you can share with a bigger group of people, but if budget is not an issue and you're limited with time, a driver is always a good choice!
A concern of mine is getting to Arakurayama Sengen Park from my hotel by the lake.. are many taxis around? I would love to get there before those crowds arrive. 😅 Your video is just what I need thank you!!

Hi! I actually graded it myself in fcpx, didn't use any LUT ☺️
This car has a white licence plate, meaning it’s not a legit commercial car for hire. Be prepared if you got into accidents or any disputes.
How much did you pay? Or can you give a price range instead?
Damn
Good example of all the cliched over touristed spots to avoid.
