Honestly kinda sad that what happens after this is probably ciel having a breakdown then shortly killing herself afterwards to free herself from all the sins she's done including killing someone as innocent as shiki.
I'm not so sure about Ciel having a breakdown. Her main goal right from the beginning was to kill Roa, so she can finally kill herself. She was definitely sad about Shiki's death, but in the end he was another Roa's host and Ciel probably gave up on him, thought that she was actually doing him a favour, "saving him" from Roa fully taking over his body.
