Unplanned areas, no separation of residential and commercial areas. Everything is messed up. Having only big tech parks and gated communities won't make a better living for all the population. The government has zero plans in improving and building the infrastructure in suburbs.

I want to understand, why most of the ploted development on STRR devanhalli is limited to area near to Brigade Oasis as there we have Century Seasons, Godrej, Century Trails, Arvind, DNR Solace, Charted Woodpecker etc . I see all these big developers buying land in that area of Radius 3/4 Kms, any thing special in that area ?

Hai Manager sir We have purchase 3.5 bhk in Godrej Woodscapes, Budigera cross, Bangalore 10 days back And paid 13 L booking amount as booking advance At the time of booking the sales man hiding the below facts and booked plot 1. Is it A khata 2. Water is not sufficient with 1 bore well for 3500 houses 3. The remaining area is congested for 3500 families 4. Under ground gas pipe fecility is there or not And other my own problems I want to cancell my booking plot and requested return my booking payment. So far no reply from you. As Godrej is a top big repeated company i am not expect it. Your sales manager assured to return 100% booking amount back but neither sales manager nor booking person not responded so far As per RERA act booking amount has to be returned to the customer, if he cancell the plot. Hence I request you please cancell my plot and repay the booking advance as early as possible

North, jobs are low to mid class jobs..high property cost does not help. For east also prices are too high and beyond the reach of normal IT person
