Don’t let this man fool you into needing to call 911😂 he is WELL TRAINED and makes this look smooth as hell😂 make sure you’re WELL PRACTICED AND TRAINED BEFORE ATTEMPTING 😂 this $h!+ is TOUGH!!! but no better feeling once you’re done
@@the77th now that’s what I’m talking about right there. This is definitely not easy but with consistency it can be done. And yes please no 911 calls 😂. I appreciate that bro.
The efficiency of the burpee as an exercise is well-documented. But (serious question) can someone please explain to me the purpose of the punching of the stomach move at the start of each rep? Thanks!
I honestly thought these looked too hard. I just now tried these in the gym, and I gotta say, I fuckin love these. They're certainly going to be a mainstay in my daily routine
Is there a tip or fundamental tip you can give me regarding the first kick back? As far as not breaking your toe or ending up with turf toe or some plantar fasciitis issue. Or will it eventually just come and get easier as I drop weight and lose in the thighs butt and stomach? Just less weight to kick back = effortlessness on that first move ?
The stomach strike causes the core to constrict therefor engages the core for the next rep. It's a preference but it is a very good habit especially when fatigue sets in. Thanks bro i hope this helps.
Marine here lol Trying em out while quarantined for covid at the LA VA Nice my technique still off w the pop-ups but getting there Thank you brother 🙏🏼
Thank you for the clear demonstration of the variations. My forward fold is a three step process because it's easier on my anterior hip impingement, short arms and belly, but I'll be able to incorporate some of these other movements.
In my opinion, this man has the cleanest burpee form ever. Respect ✊✊✊
Thanks a lot homie I really appreciate that
I was thinking the same thing... Smooth as cream corn...
I always refer to his vids to sharpen my technique
Yeah real clean
I dont even knew that someone could do burpees that smooth. God. I'm impressed.
Smooth and clean, those variation will give the best result.. No doubt about it.. Thanks big brother..
Dude is giving us prison knowledge for free.
You make it look very easy brother! Keep them coming. MANDATORY GROWTH ALL DAY!

Yes sir. The stomach strike engages the abs more which is critical during burpees. Thanks
It’s called muscle cueing. It can be done to “wake up” the muscle or to allow mind muscle connection and a stronger contraction
Most definitely not necessary to do.
Might help to learn the movement though.
Everyone has their thing. You should hear me prepping before a bench set. Some ppl might clap to get into that zone
I don't like exercises that I can't do one of.
Cant overlook the squat jump finish gotta train explosiveness
I hear you bro 💯💪
10 by 10s 10 push ups 10 kik outs 10 navys
this is a copy-paste of the Spanish guy who invented these ...

Pop up hands to feet off the floor
What is the purpose of the hitting of the abs before each drop down? Is it psychological or something?
@@KiahreeOzuna main reason is to engage the abs more. It can be psychological too
Why do you hit your stomach each time? I'm genuinely curious
The stomach strike to keep the core tight before the next rep. Core is the essential part of these routines. Thanks
I only watched that.. an now I'm lying in a pool of sweat...😊
lol. We gotta get it bro

Why I have a love hate relationship with burpees😎
I hear you bro. Gotta get it though 💯💪
i find the pop-up variant to be the hardest
Yes sir those are vicious
hey man.. much respect
i just wonder why you punch your abs at the beginning?
thanks and keep it up
!
It gives a bit more core contraction. Thanks
If you don't like running do burpees
Yes sir
Im not even going to lie. I’m scared of the pop up 😢
You got this bro. No fear💪💯💪💯
Why hit yourself in the body first?
A stomach strike to engage the abs more. Thanks
Very good form...now do 500 of them ;)
Ripper should count them.

The kick-outs look like Ranger burpees. Except the Ranger is only 1 pump, kick out, and stand up.
I love do burpees with pull up
Ahora esa rutina es del army lo habrán cogido los presos que son los que crearon esos ejercicio por falta de condiciones en la prisión para hacer
Unfortunately my lower back doesn't allow burpees 😢

@@MANDATORY.G thank you!
He only did one burpee. That other sh!t isn’t burpees .

Hitting your stomach why. Better off raising your arms

Navy Seal! 🔥🔥
Idk I bought a book that has provided seals with their success and none of this is in it
Navyseals is the name of the burpee variation
@@MANDATORY.G idk if the book is old but the seals don't do that, from what the book shows.
