I had 2 remedeiarion companies and one restoration company come out with our home insurance. They told us with the right equipment just do it yourself. We bought a air scrubber, hepa vacuum, ppe and containment. We did not do negative air though. Now i wish we would have.

My thing is if I get someone to inspect if there is mold behind walls and need to make a hole a few inches wide or pull tiles etc , do Inspectors usually prevent spreading of spores? Doesn’t seem so . I usually hear people say remediation never really works and they usually have to leave the house regardless, because there is still something in the air giving them health issues
What size lugnuts are on your car are very important... put on the wrong size and wheel could be crooked or to small and it could snap off stud and cause a crash
Yes lol, you're absolutely right. I meant if you were shopping for a new car and cared deeply about one car having 12mm lug nuts and picking it over another that had 10mm. Make more sense? It's paying attention to a trivial detail

WRT’s will also commonly not flood cut, leaving parts of the wooden substrate/insulation behind the drywall moist. Insurance companies surely play a part in this…

Very possible. Anything ionizing creates ozone. Ozone in turn reduces oxygen levels which could cause those symptoms.
Do the ozone-free aerus air scrubbers produce ions too? I don’t understand their technology, but am highly sensitized to mold, and chemicals too.
