Finally I been waiting for someone to modify this or the Amazon exclusive one into the bvs version for years now... I've been hoping for a kit but no one seems to make one!
@@connected5756 thank you! Ive been told i should just invest in a 3D printer. But ive never been much with computers and really i get more out of it if i can build it from scratch. Its amazing what you can do with around the house items. Bondo can be use for near everything lol

@@FigureNerd108 ,i did. The main thing that bugged me the most with the tumbler is the front wheels. I did a super quick mod and made the wheel rim so the wheel isnt hollow looking. I may make bigger fins later on. The mcfarlane forever looks awesome. But being mcfarlane they have to make something incorrect about everything they make lol...the lights are green...where there suppose to be blue. I am getting one hopefully and will look into makeing them blue. Other than that the body of it looks spot on accurate. I have been slowly working on building a 1/10th 89 batwing. Its a slow go,i have the wings made and im trying to scul pt the main body.
@@charlesalexanderjr2247 that all sounds interesting. I love to see a RUclips short of it. I’d like to get the Forever Batmobile too. My Batcave is coming along nicely. Just put up some stalactites. Got inspiration when I went to Mercer Caverns out here in Murphy’s, CA.? It’s HUGE!!!
Wow that’s awesome. You did what I’ve been thinking about doing. I bought a couple of preowned BVS Batmobiles off eBay earlier this year to get one assembled and one to customize. I’ve thought about gutting one and trying to make it a regular RC car. Because the app that these originally had to have to function was pulled from storefronts. Which it’s ridiculous to discontinue because without it the car is useless as an RC. But I was able to get a third party download of it to work on an old Kindle tablet. So I can drive it around and use the lights too. I replaced the existing worn out stock battery and plug with a new one too. Not quite as flush as it should be on the bottom panel but you don’t see it unless you turn it over. But, what you did with the canopy has been on my mind. I was thinking I could try to make some kind of mold of the existing side but it’s oriented in the opposite direction. So I may try something similar to what you have. Would you consider making a mold of the canopy and selling them? Just curious. This still came out really great.
@@GartheKnightReturns thank you! The bvs version was always the best. I never liked the JL version.in the begining, I also thought about makeing a mold of the left side. But soon figured out there was no way it would work. So,i studied on it....my solution was i done all the cutting away and modifieing of the passenger side.then from the underside i used stiff cardboard and masking tape to seal off the opening.then slowly built up the rough shape with bondo body filler. It took several layers to do. Then i popped it out and after several hours of dremeling and sanding i had hollowed out the underside. I really wanted to make the split canopy but it just wouldnt have been structurally possible
