Fangio being more of an old school coach with tough practice mentality is definitely needed in think. Sirianna is a players coach and usually has softer practice schedules.

Yeah I'm big on Sydney Brown too. He's gonna be a stud. I followed his career at Illinois. That 90 yard interception return last year is just a flash of how good he is. I think he's a big hitter but in the NFL, you have to hit and wrap...it's not college. These guys don't go down very easy. I saw too many times he bounced off the ball carrier, going for the big hit. He's young so I hope he cleans that part of his game up.

He had 12.5 sacks his last season at Wisconsin... He didn't play any inside.. I said he will be our best outside linebacker better than Nolan Smith and Bryce Huff if he is used that way..
Syd and Kenny were holding the hex-bar deadlift. That’s the perfect exercise to do to rebuild explosiveness within the lower body. Even the fact that he’s around them is promising sign. He’ll be ready week 1.
I feel Nakobe and White will be the starters. I like Nakobe, and I'm not giving up on him yet. He has the talent, and I'm hoping Vic will have him looking great. I don't question Dean's heart or work ethic. It's just about staying healthy. Wasn't great in coverage last year, so if he can just be passable there and be really good at rushing the passer, he'll be fine. Both him and White have something to prove, they'll deliver.
Chip Kelly couldn't handle locker room or star athletes with millions of dollars. He treated it like one filled with teenagers who needed a scholarship and were never making the nfl. Just another failure to adapt and failure of ability from him
Fangio could just be hyping Baun to light a fire under White, Dean, Trotter, and Burks, but I could easily see Burks getting cut for Baun if he shows promise at the ILB position and contributes on special teams. It's definitely the position that needs to most help on the roster.
Our defense has a complete overhaul. Not just the new dc but a ton of new pieces as well. Fangio has a lot to figure out in how he’s going to make everyone work together. I’m glad we are trying to figure it all out asap because there honestly aren’t a lot of players that are totally locked in for any position on d. Hopefully fangio can refine a lot of this young talent and we can take it from being a major weakness for us last year into a strength this year💪

Our defense has a complete overhaul. Not just the new dc but a ton of new pieces as well. Fangio has a lot to figure out in how he’s going to make everyone work together. I’m glad we are trying to figure it all out asap because there honestly aren’t a lot of players that are totally locked in for any position on d. Hopefully fangio can refine a lot of this young talent and we can take it from being a major weakness for us last year into a strength this year💪
