Hey Guys. Man Jose knows his stuff. I wish I could find a mechanic as good as him. Just watching your videos have saved me a bunch of money. Thank You.
Where is your shop located? I have a 14 Cascadia that I really need a personal mechanic to look over. T/A and Freightliner are like my pimps. Seem like I just work for them.
Another great video thanks guys. Just for interest, how long do the cups usually last on these engines? Is it worth changing them at regular intervals like every 500K? Too bad they don't make a sensor that can detect fuel in the coolant to warn you.
(Maybe) constantly using one of the many 4-way test strips from the Acustrip series (with a multifunction refractometer) could be a worthy preventive measure to detect this particular issue earlier. www.acustrip.com/cgi-bin/prodcat.cgi?pc=truck
We need good mechanics like Jose in this video because from my experiences these little truck stops don't wanna tell you everything that's going on like today roadside told me I'm learning from the differential and my fuel injector why didn't Petro tell me these things
For useful this is what is going on with my freight shaker it's a 2018 and the Petro told me that there's nothing wrong but I keep telling them how I feel when I drive it doesn't feel right . Then I get told from roadside that the differential is learning and so is the fuel injector . I told them I can't go fast. I can't even go 65 on the interstate.
Aside from the strong odor of fuel when opening the cap to the coolant reservoir, could this particular problem (i.e., fuel at the bottom of the coolant reservoir from bad injector-cups) been detected earlier, if the gentleman was constantly using 4-way test strips like the Acustrip series (with a multifunction refractometer)?
I have a strong smell of fuel and when I start it up begins smoking white smoke when running stop doing it if i stop 3 second and i put fuel truck fails and trouw white smoke again

Hi Seb. Can you do a video on tyres? Is it better off getting brand new tyres or can save money on used ones?
That’s a good suggestion. Thank you. Will put it in my calendar
I have a code for dpf fuel actuator. Then I found fuel in collant. That code may have been early indicator.

SMART GUY🐛
Can bad injector cup cause hard starting ?
if you injector cups are bad will it cause oil mixing into fuel
No it shouldn't
Those dd13 are terrible I had one garbage
Are dd13 good engines?
Can you do anything to prevent this?
My parksmart is having issues they say I need to replace my loop. Use to change relays and started working. Not anymore
If the injectors are felling , can the make the turbo leak and have alot of white smoke on exhaust
How can we set up a paid consultation.? Looking to purchase a 13 Cascadia with a DD13 with 500k miles, 10 speed.
Where is Jose located at?
thanks for your sir
