My choice of wrist came from writing exams in school from needing to constantly check in a panicking frenzy how much time I still have not to fail this test, by putting it on the wrist of the hand I write with. 😳 Thank you lady 💋
I never knew about left handed watches. I am right handed but still find that wearing a watch on my right arm would be most comfortable and my bracelets I always wear on my left would bang it up pretty bad lol 😂 great video Jill. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s video ❤️
I have not yet looked around for one but I would really appreciate a right handed watch as the dial mechanism, sometimes poke into your wrist. So I have to always find one which has a smaller dial or buttons.
I started wearing my watch on my right hand as kid when watches were mostly analog and they needed to be winded with the dominant hand. Reason I switched was the crown would face the top of my left hand and when I was doing some activities which would cause me to place my hands on the ground the crown would dive into my skin. Winding was only once a day so I moved my watch on the right wrist and I would just take it off for adjustments.
That was a very interesting video. I love the new trend of watch going on right wrist for women. Inspired by this I started wearing big dial watches on my right wrist despite being right handed. The smaller dials still go on my left wrist but old fashioned XD
I’m cross dominate, my left hand is used for fiddling with watches and small things that aren’t writing or drawing and are related to measuring and time. So the watch definitely gets put on my right wrist, even though my right hand is typically used for things like writing drawing, most sports.
That makes sense. I'm right handed but always did gymnastics left handed. I would have to flip every routine. It used to confuse the heck out of my coach. xoxo
@@JillMaurer yeah my PE teacher once told me to throw righty when throwing spears but the only reason that was easier is because i could mimic everyone so i just did it.
It feels uncomfortable for me to wear it on my left wrist. I got used to wear it on my right hand, being right handed. I barely feel it there. Whenever I tried putting it on my left it was always bothering me.
I have a theory: if you fight, you always want to keep time free. Time is everything wether you win or lose. Your heart is facing towards the left. Originally the right covers the left. I can still hit a home run w/my left if I’m obligated to. But usually I hit with my right.
At this moment unfortunately I am not even wearing any watches due to lessons learned from completely destroying two really good watches... Fighting helps no one, but I'm also sure if you play baseball the time should be on the scoreboard 😉 Just kidding, I get it about the homerun 😬
Makes sense! I didn't know there were right and left handed watches. Never thought about it. What is that necklace you're wearing? It looks smooth and shiny. Is it new?
Thank you Autumn! It is the reverse side of my Durham necklace. It does have my river texture on it and is looking especially shiny in this video. xoxo
I like to wear mine on my right hand 🥰 Unless I'm matching my watch with my ring jewelries... then I wear same color tone of watch and ring either left or right 😊 love designing my own jewelries too ❤
@@JillMaurer If I wear white gold, platinum or two tone ring on my left hand . My two tone watch or stainless steel , silver goes on my left hand.. If I wear yellow gold or rose gold ring on my right, so my yellow or rose gold watch I wear on my right 😊Same applies with my bracelets, I prefer to match the color of my ring and bracelets 😊
I haven't worn a watch for years, when I did it was on my right wrist, as I am left handed. Interesting though, I am right hand dominant. And another tidbit, I wear all my bracelets on my left wrist. I have given some thought to having a watch necklace or pin/brooch, however with time being displayed on nearly everything I haven't felt the need to have a "watch". However, as I am typing this a watch is a wonderful accessory and I need to look at watches. Autumn did a video on the wood watches by Jord.....there are so beautiful. Thursday thoughts....oh wait that is Autumn's line! xxoo
I haven't worn one in a long time either Michele for the same reason. My very first watch was a necklace watch. My father is left handed. I'm right handed but do a lot of things left handed because he taught me how to do them. Did you wear a left handed watch when you did wear one? Would you look for one again? Watches are wonderful accessories, but I'm never far from my computer or phone so I don't think I'll be getting one any time soon. Ha! Thursday thoughts!! xoxo
Very informative video. Being right handed, I always preferred wearing the analog watches on my right wrist since it would make people notice my watch because of the movement of my dominant hand while interacting. I only wear my smart watches on my left wrist so that I could use my right hand to operate the screen. But I wish I could wear them on my right hand :( .
If you wear it on right wrist it can make someone think of you in the room or when someone see you around..it creates attraction for me..and aside From that when you are driving it can avoid from the stealer
Another well done jewelry minute. - Golly, you’re becoming a “short timer” on doing a video everyday for a year. Have you decided what your new schedule will be? XXOO
Thank you Ann. I've started thinking about it but haven't come to any conclusions yet. Either two or three videos per week but I'm not sure if I'm going to define which types of videos when. Any suggestions? xoxo
Didn’t think people in general asked that watch question. I know when I’ve given a First Watch, the child has asked, but they’ve never owned a watch. Good to know and I learned left handed watches are made.
A lot of people ask the question these days. Watches aren't as necessary as they once were and many people are getting their first watch well into adulthood. Most people don't know that there is a left handed watch, even left handed people who have been frustrated with watches. Do you wear a watch Eva? I stopped wearing one a long time ago and only wear one when I travel internationally. xoxo
I’m ambidextrous so I can comfortably wear mine on either side, but I write with my left mostly so I more often wear it on the right. I will switch it though for certain activities. I throw a ball with my right and play guitar righty. So I just switch it for those activities. That said, you never want to wind or set your watch on the wrist. You can bend the crown that way.
I always notice when someone wears one on the right wrist and say to myself, you're doing it wrong. I think though, that all wrists are thirsty for bling
I’m right handed but put a watch on my left hand, because it’s annoying to write with and everything, my left hand is useless to me anyway so why not put a watch on that wrist.
Great topic. I filmed a video about Cartier love bracelet, it has same topic about wear it on left or right wrist. Now I have to refilm , I would like to add your video about the watch, it is kind same concept. I will link your video to mine. Thank You so much for sharing darling ❤️
About time you made this video lol :P That joke at the start is like this one, which hand do you clean your bum with? Neither, you use toilet paper. :P

Thank you for clearing up that question about which wrist should I wear my watch🤣!

Now you know! Next time you look at watches see if they have a left handed one to wear on your right wrist. You may love it! xoxo
🤣🤣🤣😂😳
Oooh you are Beautiful and I love you so much.... 🤫
I'm Allright since you left 😏
I have not yet looked around for one but I would really appreciate a right handed watch as the dial mechanism, sometimes poke into your wrist. So I have to always find one which has a smaller dial or buttons.
That’s why I put my watch on my left wrist since I’m right handed! Someone asked me if I was left handed because I wore my watch on my left wrist!
Oh no! You are definitely wearing it like most right handed people would. Interesting that they think you're left handed!! xoxo
Thanks for your interest information . I'm no longer complain about it.thank you again

Thank you for cleaning my doubt
Very informative 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you 😊😊
You are welcome! So happy you found it helpful!! xoxo
Ya it's really helpful
Again thanks 😊😊😊😊
I wear my precious metal watches on the right hand and everything else on my left
I wear a watch on my right even though i'm a righty but i throw lefty so it would be annoying when throwing.

Tell me that on which hand boy wear wrist watch
I didn’t know they made watched for left handed people. Learned another new thing.
They do! They can be a little more difficult to find, but they are definitely out there. xoxo
I wear my watch on my dominant hand because it feels uncomfortable on my
other hand lol
Interesting! I know some people who wear it that way. I'm definitely the opposite! xoxo
Ah same! I can't really explain it but it feels better.
Yeah me too
me n my brother too and my son is also getting used to since childhood.. it's on our dominant hand/wrists..
Me too
That's a great information ryt hr thumbs up

Whats the best earting for a black guy 38
With a gold watch and diamond pinky ring above silver nugget ring
When i ever i wear watch on my right wrist i become sick immediately.
I write both my hands and I cut fruits and vegetables of all kinds weekly with both...
I have to start wearing my watches again.
I sold mine, but they are lovely pieces to wear. Maybe one day I'll get another. xoxo
my watch is over 200g
dominant hand is better!

Simple rule for this question is... Don't wear it on the hand you clean your butt with... Sorted!
Interesting perspective! xoxo
Drinking game: drink every time Jill says wrist, dominant, or non-dominant.
No wait. Don’t.

Hahaha!! xoxo
loved the jokes

There shouldn't be any rule about where to wear a watch . It doesn't make any sense . Relax . It's not a end of the world. It should be about comfort
Did I seem tense?
I'm ambidextrous, lol! Just joking... Tfs! ❤💄👜
Well then you could wear two watches!! xoxo
