Thanks for the support!! For the tart, we would say if you reduce the amount of maple syrup, the tart dough will be too dry while kneading. To compensate, you may also reduce the amount of cake flour. For lecithin, feel free to skip it :) For regular milk, depending on your own diet, you may add milk or cream. For other fillings, we have several tart videos providing various choices of fillings such as lemon tart, mango tart and gluten-free grape tart. Feel free to check them out :)

先在揉麵墊上舖上保鮮膜,在保鮮膜的輔助下取下塔皮會比較好操作,不會那麼容易鬆散裂開
