Springbank 10 definitely gets better the further you get down the bottle. I wasn’t wowed at first (the neck pour). However, it really woke up about half way down and became something quite different, very tasty stuff
A lot of good whisky, and good advice, there, Gav. I like the Hazelburn 10 and the Longrow NAS too. Can't really stretch to the older ones at today's prices.
I was so lucky that my local dealer had a bunch of 18-15-10 and hazelburn cask strength. I. Bought them all. Gonna share them with good whisky friends ❤

I love the spring bank range, my limit, though I will not spend over £200. I could never justify spending that sort of money.

am finishing a 15 at the moment , when first opened - i did not rate it , but the closer to the bottom the better it gets ,, no doubt ;;
