Red Rock Canyon Campground

One night stay in the Red Rock Canyon Campground in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It's very close to Las Vegas . . . about a 20 minute drive. The sites are enormous with covered shade, picnic tables, and fire rings. There are vault toilets and water spigots near the restrooms. We had a great time and plan on going back in 3 weeks (before it gets too hot).

How far is your car if have a walk to camp site?

At the standard sites you park your car right in your site. So, your car is right next to the table and shelter. I believe there are some tent only sites that are grouped together where you have to park your car then walk about 30-40 feet to your tent site.
