Just tried this easy to follow recipe. Very successful bake! 😁 The buns are soft, fluffy and tasty 😋 After trying many recipes, there is oven spring finally!! (baked using small toaster oven) The dough rose high. This will definitely be my go-to recipe for dinner rolls. Thank you for sharing the recipe 🙏👍

@@ceciliacheah4621 oh wow pls send photo ya. Be sure to keep them in ziplock bag after cool, if not they will airdry. can keep soft for 2-3days at room temperature. For longer, u can keep in freezer right after cool down, thaw before eating, this will maintain its softness.

可以在1次发酵前放入冰箱,让他们慢慢在冰箱隔夜发酵。隔天取出稍微回温下再整形哦

你好, 我尝试跟着你的方式做 温度跟你的一样 但是我烤出来的面包表皮是硬的 里面也不够熟 是不是oven的问题?
你烤箱有风扇是吗?有的话火力很大,要关风扇。最好买烤箱专用温度计测试烤箱内部温度。
而且面团一定要揉面和醒面到位才会烤好。
