Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C, bake the middle rack for 13-15 minutes until the golden brown

预热烤箱至375°F / 190°C,中层烤13-15分钟至表面金黄色

Yes you can use the oil instead of butter, but the buns might taste different. You can use the same amount of oil to replace the butter

Can i mix the dough with hand as i dont have a dough mixture
Yes you can knead it by hand. In the beginning, the dough will be sticky, so you need patience to take time to knead it. You can add yeast and butter later when the dough has become mostly smooth. You can check my Pâte Fermentée dinner roll video for hand kneading.

我的配方酵母都是材料基本混合好后才加的,二不是和液体材料混合的。这个视频中酵母是在1:20加入的。

yes if it is too runny. next time, you should leave some water and add them little by little until you get desired dough.
