    Purple sweet potato is an excellent ingredient for making bread fillings. The thorough purple, soft and thick texture, layer by layer blends in the fluffy and soft bread, so that the bread is not only very beautiful, but also very delicious!
    9x5x2.75"烤盒 Pan / 450g烤盒
    🍞面包材料 Bread Ingredients 2 条/Loaves
    高筋面粉 Bread Flour 412 g
    低筋面粉 Cake Flour 74 g
    即溶酵母 Instant Yeast 6 g
    食盐 Salt 6 g
    细砂糖 Caster Sugar 50 g
    奶粉 Milk Powder 12 g
    鸡蛋 Egg 50 g
    牛奶 Milk 100 g
    冷水 Cold Water 170 g
    无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter 40 g
    🍠馅料 Filling
    紫薯泥 Purple Sweet Potato Puree 270 g
    奶粉 Milk Powder 18 g
    细砂糖 Sugar 18 g
    黄油 Butter 42 g
    *表面撒适量白芝麻装饰
    *Decoration with white sesame seeds on the top
    预热烤箱至350°F/180°C ,中下层烤约32分钟至表面金黄色
    Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, bake at the middle and lower rack for about 32 minutes until the surface is golden brown

    Wow sweat potato I love it . Nice creative dough, but now it's not season for sweat potato in my country what you prefer instead please (beetroot +potato or no way :(

      You could try pumpkin if you like and if it’s available. It is better if you use a starchy or a pumpkin with low water in it. If the pumpkin is too wet, you have to fry the pumpkin on low heat after you steam it.

    Can use dry yeast and replace all the flour with "all purpose flour" ?

      if you use active dry yeast, you need to activate the yeast according to the instructions.
      for the flour, it is ok if your all purpose flour has good gluten.

      适当的添加少许低粉,不会影响搅打出薄膜。也能使面包口感更松软的。
      你也可以全部都使用高粉。

      May I know what you mean by "taste flour"? Do you feel your bread not completely baked?
      Or have you use too much dry flour when shaping?

      @@AllCookingStuff Hi Sherry the bread completely baked but there's part of not fluffy and i can still smell flour on the bread, pls adv

      If the bottom part is not fluffy, looks like pudding, it may be caused by the bottom temperature is not enough, try to put the pan at lower rack.
      If the not fluffy part is at the center of the bread, it should be not baked completely. Try to add several minutes to the baking time.

      忘了问,馅料是否也是前一天做好收藏,隔天才包?

      可以冷藏低温发酵,但这样烤出的面包组织会相对粗糙,会有很多气孔。馅料不用提前做,当天做就可以了。当然你也可以提前做好第二天使用

      红薯的水分含量比较高,蒸好后需要炒干水分才可以

      Adding a little low-gluten flour(Cake flour)reduces the gluten of the dough, and makes the bread softer and less chewy .
      You can use AP flour instead of cake flour or use all bread flour.
