What is the name of the ply you used? Is it laminated MDF board? Also what is the thickness? Can I make 3X6 table with it?

Yes you can make table of that size too bit take the bigger folding arm available i think 600 mm one
Any idea on how to adjust the height of the table? If the height is fixed, we face neck pain in the back.
On fixed table, you can put another small folding table and keep laptop on it. height adjustable and angle adjustable small table would work just fine ,like this one - amzn.to/3xAM6rU
@@TheTechEscape Bhai, there shall be no arm rest on the small table. This is also a problem. Pls suggest a normal table which is height adjustable. Should work for both sitting & standing.

Online they are expensive i suggest you to go to any carpenter nearby or furniture market
I leave in rented house where i can't drill holes.....could you please suggest the tables where we can't drill holes
