From a non cruiser rider an expected review with full reverence.
    Price, yep.
But take away licence classification, for many in this category of bike, new or old riders, this Re is plenty at mid range.
But let's take away the category of mid range... Bigger engines don't make a motorcycle better in the spirit of motorcycling. In a current world and the bikes before... take away engine classification. This is a real bike!

I tested this bike 2 days back...What a beauty, it has immense presence and its built like a tank, you can feel the heavy metals as soon as you move it from the side stand...fit, finish everything seems spectacular...😍😍😍😍😍

As with it's little brother, the rear shocks are a bit hard and harsh, which is a common point on enfield's 😊

Nice review. Well thought out. Did you ride with a pillion? Do you think it has enough horse power for two up riding?

On the clutch, given a few more thousand miles and it should feel better 😉

It is competing against the tried and tested Vulcan s. Same price bracket but with a cheap speedometer dial reused from the meteor. Vulcan handlebars and pegs can be adjusted to fit all sizes. Can't do that on the Enfield.

Except that, Meteor 650 is waaaay better than Vulcan in every possible way..

Nope , it isn't the same price bracket..

@@abymathew295 the Vulcan can be changed to fit any size rider and adjustable suspension. Electronic clocks and speedometer. What's meteor got that is better.

@@rtoward7275 . I had a 2018 Vulcan. It's just a mediocre bike. But RE on the other hand oozes quality, it's a well put together machine, and you feel it as soon as you swing a leg over it...and it has a tonne of character which Vulcan doesn't.

@rtoward7275 character, character. Character. Perhaps take a ride on one, I'm sure you'll understand. I've always had Jap bikes, but Aprilia and RE showed me something new. Try it!

It's a retro cruiser for adults, people who don't ride past 70 or 80 mph. And don't forget how ugly vulcan looks.

Vulcan has different size rods that come as standard so you can adjust to fit any size from 5ft to 6.6in
