Next up has to be their duet Chalk Outlines, but it’s got to be the live version! It’s another emotionally heavy song that they sing beautifully together. This one hits hard, they’re performing a song about Ren’s childhood best friend took his own life, Joe Hughes. This is about their own grief though his loss. What a beautifully sad and haunting tribute 💔😢

First time I watched it I thought it was a rooftop, which would be a genius choice to "cut" the harmonies without much natural reverb, balcony works. I've heard that it was on a bridge too, I never trust comments. Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.

Chinchilla was a support act for Sting's 2019 stadium tour, and for McFly in 2021. She deserves a lot more attention than she's gotten. Hopefully, now that she's independent she'll begin to get the attention she's due. When you listen to her most recent, Little Girl Gone - it's actually about her feelings towards her last label.
In order to harmonize and sing so well they have to 'listen' to each other and you can see their eyes are locked on each other. They both also seem to have a natural talent for singing a line so it hits powerfully but they never try to overpower each other.
Chinchilla is a badass artist. Lockdown get down, fingers LIVE VERSION, awakening lp is 🔥 can't goo wrong. Recently left her management and is INDEPENDENT

Following you about 2 years I think and every time I see you you remind me of a younger Jay Z. Who ever Ren duets with is special! They have a few duets together 2 recorded original song one being this the other Chalk outlines love the live as well as studio version it’s like 2 different songs! Ren had a best friend named Joe.. Joe was on the bridge, and he called people to say good bye to them. Ren was alerted that Joe was going to jump. He kept calling Joes phone.. and it was ringing.. then like 1 minute before Ren got to the bridge.. This time when REN called the phone, it didnt connect.. He knew then what happened.
