When I was young I grew up on a private lake surrounded by woods. My best friend and I used to go out and catch everything we could, mostly turtles and snakes. I actually love snakes.. I know it's a horribly invasive species but my trouble with catching them wouldn't be fear, it would be having to kill them. I've owned a 2 foot Python, and a 7 1/2 foot red tail boa constrictor.
Most other animals will eat these snakes. The only ones that dont have predators are the large adults. Under 4 or 5 feet and they are on the menu for evrything out there.
