I just want to clarify something since some people might be confused. Even as a Cambodian, not all of us like to eat bugs. Yes, it tastes cripsy and has flavors, but not everyone enjoys eating it. And it is not our daily foods or snacks. You can say it is an occasionally or a rare snack like if you are drinking once in a while it tastes good with beer.

As a tarantula owner all I can say is there have been no recorded human deaths from a tarantula. So you're more than good to get bit by one lol you may get sick for a week but these Tarantulas im assuming the Cambodian tiger Tarantula (forgot science man name) have potentially potent venom but will only make you sick for a few days not anything medically significant unless you have the one in a billion chance of being allergic to it. Love all your videos tho man and it's good to see such a healthy population of these Tarantulas in the wild!!! Even if they are used as food lmao
so if you have any pre existing conditions it can trigger those and kill you as well, can also cause a heart attack in people who are dehydrated which.... The cricket soup song in the background is killing me😂😂😂
I recently visited Cambodia, and it's a beautiful country with a rich culture. However, I was a bit hesitant to try eating insects, so I didn't give it a try.😅
"If a fly lands on the dish, does it become a garnish? "
That's a good fucking question hahaha 😂
11:38 I work at Nautica, and I feel proud when I see people wearing our brand 😂

She held up one and I was like "They had fangs still" and then she got bit lol

I remember when I first visited Cambodia and crossed by Skun market on the way to ancient land Siem Reap, I was so hesitated to eat fried spider here, but it was delicacy at the end LOL.
For ant soup, yeah it is our national wide delicious and nutritious food.
For #Khmerfood, you should not skip: Phnom Penh kuey teow - famous soup and was loved by Southern Vienamese too (they call it Hủ tiếu Nam Vang, Nam Vang is Phnom Penh name by the VNese), Nom banhchok, Prahok, Papaya salad Bok lahong, Roasted chicken, Fish amok, Beef loklak,.... ^^
Thanks🎉❤ I love your work and willingness to experience life as a common person in the village. I love this! Keep up the great work!
The AI cricket soup song was a top notch addition. Your editors are on another level! Much love from Canada.
At least one person recognizes it as AI ;P
Great how AI can help a person improve their production with out benefiting a single other person aye?
@@PAEz... Mmm idk he has a whole production team that he employs still. He just didn’t have a full choir on deck.
If a fly lands, does it become the garnish?! LOL 😂
one second you're just vibing in your spider hole, and the next you're being defanged and covered in sugar
