I remember Bonnie Hunt being one of my favorite guests on Letterman in the 1990s, but I haven't watched any of these interviews since the 1990s. Now I'm rediscovering how charming, witty, clever, and beautiful this woman is.
I wish she was a much bigger star. She’s so pretty, has a lovely voice, is so natural at comedy and is very sweet in real life. I’ve never heard of her getting involved in anything controversial. Really like her. 🙂
I thought that Dave had amazing chemistry with Teri Garr, which he did. Then I started watching these compilations of Bonnie Hunt. Wow! Double the chemistry, double the fun!
Dave was super transparent with how he felt about a lot of his guests...you can tell he genuinely respects and gets along with her. And they enjoy eachother’s jokes instead of competing. She is such a cool gal! And I just love Dave when she is on!
I’m not so sure about that, Letterman was out there most nights allot of which was unscripted other than his opening monologue! Dave was extremely witty and over the years learned to fine hone his interviews and bring out the best in most of his guests. He played the straight man perfectly and his banter with his close friends like Regis Philbin were classics!
Pretty, funny, smart she only wears black. shes a flirt and has a great self deprecating way of telling stories. A great talkshow guest and a solid actor. Jerry McGuire the sister part was great she totally set up and supported the leads Tom and Zelwegger.
Bonnie has a lot of nice outfits, nice black tights, nice black high heel shoes, nice jewelry, nice makeup, and nice hairstyles, she looks very beautiful
I was so upset when they cancelled her talk show. They would air 1 or 2 year old episodes of the Tyra Banks Show in its place for the next year. What a terrible mistake.
NOTE: The taxi driver thought Bonnie was Cristina Ferrare (who's husband ((later divorced)) was John DeLorean. John actually got a lot of bad Press in the 1980s. Cristina was a popular model in the 1970s, seen in many catalogs ie: JC Penny's.
The quieter one Teller from Penn and Teller licked her hand and Dave says he did the same to me, and she says, by request ? She got a laugh out of me on that one.
