What a year what a year. Kinda fun that we are starting new routines as we head into the new year. Trial and error is a big part of our lives but I feel like we don’t want it to be. We want perfect. We want things to not take time to work out. We want what we want and we want it now. But that’s not reality. Why are we bringing in the expectations that things need to go EXACTLY as we want or else it ruins our experience. What happened to trying things out and seeing what works and cutting out what doesn’t work. We don’t live in this clean up school exam world of pass or fail. Win or lose. Yes or no. It’s much more interesting than that and that is a good thing! It’s a hard thing to accept but it’s good for us to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around us as we learn to not get our way all the time or to be resourceful in how we make things work! Try to work on enjoying the process of life and learning! It makes things a lot more fun when everything is a learning experience on this journey!

Watching The Messy Masterpiece Podcast every morning! (but seriously) love y'all praying God will refresh you over the new year!! 💛
well...learn hebrew and bible-verses in the morning :)
Going to bed no later than 9 pm so I can get up and have at least 1.5 hrs of slow, quiet time with the Lord before work. 😴💖 I’ve tried 15-30 min for my quiet time and that just doesn’t work for me… I need moreeeeee of Him to start my day right! Two hours is ideal for me. Lord help me when we have kids someday and I’ll need to adjust… 😅
Getting to bed earlier so I can spend time with God in the mornings- no matter what work shift I'm on.

Another amazing video! Thank you guys! You guys are the best! Also.. Tori! A little hack for your puzzles whenever you finish them and don’t want to ruin them by taking them apart.. cover the completed puzzle in Cellotape, front and back and make them into mats for either the middle of your table to put things on to or for your cup ect.. my mum used to do this whenever my brother or myself done a puzzle when we were little and she didn’t want to ruin it, the tape keeps it together and protects it at the same time.. 💕
I love all the light wood features in your home, and the large bathroom is GORGEOUS! I love the light wood wall ! It has such a sauna vibe which is perfect for a bathroom. God bless you guys and it’s amazing how God blesses us financially to have such a beautiful home by just doing His will.

About duvets! I used to nanny for a family and part of my job was to do their laundry. I had to wash 3 duvet covers every other week (for 6 years!) and I absolutely hated it lol and I’m scarred and will never own a duvet because of it 😂

i actually had no idea “closing the kitchen” was a thing. i grew up always cleaning the kitchen with my sisters after dinner, as well as making sure the living room was relatively clean before bed. it’s just so nice waking up to a clean kitchen like tori said 😌

Like Record at least Mon-Fri or Mon-Sat on Sunday, and then record a long form seperately on the day of (Saturday for Sunday) if you wanted too. It would probably make things more efficient/easier. i think something nie to do with a puzzle is to take it apart and donate it to a children's home or hospital. that way you got to have fun assembling a puzzle and kids get a Christmas gift as well. also, a good way to avoid hoarding
