Yeah. After doing all the work of making the video it occurred to me... 1. Turn on camera 2. Say 'Coffee' 3. Turn off camera 4. Upload And I'm done for the day!
Hey everyone! Thanks for watching the video. I hope this helped to show that anyone can learn to wake up early and seize the day. What do you do in the morning before getting ready for the day? What's your 'why' for getting up early?
Correct. It shouldn't affect your sleep when drinking it that early. A cup of coffee has somewhere around 100mg of caffeine. It takes roughly 45 minutes for all of that to be absorbed through the membranes of your digestive system. The half life for metabolizing caffeine is 4-6 hours. We'll call it 5 hours. So by 11:45 am you have 50mg remaining in your system. 25mg by 4:45pm and 12.5mg at 9:45pm. That level shouldn't affect your sleep in a measurable way given your tolerance to caffeine if you're a coffee drinker. Hopefully that answers your question. Thanks for asking!
It's always about the coffee. Coffee is life.

I read a book before I start the day . My 'why' is to be better and improve myself in my field .
That's a great one! And I'm a little jealous. I need to make more time for reading.
So, if I drink coffee at 6 am it won't (much) affect my sleep quality ?
