we have google home mini's throughout most of the house. I never knew about the broadcast feature. but its so useful. calling the kids when dinner is ready ect.
You could easily set alarm with music saying "Hej Google, set alarm at 14:45 with music..." or "wake me up at 8:45 with some music". And regarding problem with falling asleep you could say "play fireplace sound for 10 minutes". Just try to talk to your device like you'd talk to normal person and you'd be amazed what this little thing can do.
Wow never knew there were that many relaxing sounds to choose from! Definitely gonna try it out on my lenovo smart display which I just added to an audio group with the rest of my smart speakers!
I already knew the music alarm thing but I just gotta say, F**KING amazing! Been looking for a good music alarm for as long as I can remember... Google Home can play any music from all major music services. AND you can snooze with your voice. Best part is having a shortcut for an alarm like "8 AM" and Google will just ask you which song you would like. God I love this thing ^^

Does the Broadcasting feature allow you to choose a specific speaker to broadcast to? like for insistence if I don't want to broadcast to the one in the kids room because they are napping, will I be able to just tell the home to broadcast to one speaker?
Sadly they still haven't added this feature yet. Right now you can only broadcast to all speakers, you can't pick and choose. It's definitely a feature I know people want so I'm hoping they add it in the future.
NOTE: If you broadcast from your phone, it will 'playback' on all the devices your assistant has been pair with, regardless of location of the device. For example, if your on your way home on the bus and you want to let whoever-will-pick-you-up at the park and ride know its time to head out, this can be fun. Except when your mother in Florida (when you're in Kansas) hears the same message and freaks out and then calls you later in the evening to ask what's going on. :)
Haha I didn't even think about that, but what's cool is they just added a new feature where you can set up multiple homes so you can have your mom's Google home assigned to another one now. I'm not sure it'll fix this issue but maybe? ruclips.net/video/GGWeedpsV9I/видео.html

@Anne Spithout Have you connected a music service to your Google account? Also standard question, what country are you in? The features are limited to only some countries.
Ah that's the problem. It's currently not available in Netherlands. Hopefully they will roll it out soon. From their website: "Note: This feature is currently available in the U.S, U.K, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, India (English only)."
Hi there quick question....... When ever I say ok Google to my home mini my assistant on the pixel activates so both assistants together how to I just set one assistant if I'm in the room
There's no way to set it to just one to answer, unless you wanted to disable your pixel phone from listening to you at all. But this shouldn't be an issue as the one closest to you should answer (?)
Hi Mitesh, I was trying your trick of having Google find my phone when I realized that it kept looking for my old phone that has since been replaced. The new phone appears to be connected to my Google Home mini, but I can't figure out how to remove the old one so that it will call the new one instead. I went to the Google support page and it seems like other people are having the same problem since about a year ago with no resolution. Do you have any advice? Your expertise will be appreciated :)
I'm not sure if this will solve your problem or not, but maybe try going here: myaccount.google.com/security and clicking on "manage devices" and try signing out of the old phone? (I'm sure you already did this but I think doing it from Google's side would help them figure it out.)
If your still having this problem for two years try fully resetting the Google home mini then delete the storage and cache to restart the app fully then reconnect and it should work

@@MiteshShah07 Sir I appreciate for the info!
@@MiteshShah07 So with Davinci Resolve, will I be able to create words that move around like you had in the video?
Yeah you can do all of that in Davinci Resolve. It's a really powerful tool. It will take a decent amount of time to learn though, so be prepared for that. The title so used I got as a template and there's free Davinci Resolve templates too.
I tried using the "play music alarm" it works until I mentioned the time for the alarm and it says "I'm sorry i can't do that now and will label your alarm as music. How do i go about to fix this? Thanks.
Did you try saying "set music alarm" instead. I find that one always work for me.
@@MiteshShah07 thanks for your tip I have this problem to I tried your tip but it doesn't work...
@Anne Spithout Have you connected a music service to your Google account?
Also standard question, what country are you in? The features are limited to only some countries.
@@MiteshShah07 I am connected to a music service and I live in the Netherlands
Ah that's the problem. It's currently not available in Netherlands. Hopefully they will roll it out soon.
From their website:
"Note: This feature is currently available in the U.S, U.K, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, India (English only)."
u need more subs man ur content is great and im not just saying that i dont throw that around u remind me of MKBHD gud vid doe
You are too kind! Still got a lot to learn, but it's a lot of fun making these videos.
Try "pair bluetooth device'' command
Oh Nice! That's way more convenient than going to the home app!
Nice video man.
Thank you!
@@MiteshShah07 aahh I kinda figured I only just brought it today so till getting used to it
You missed an "ok google" at 3:30. Didn't noticed it, until my google home started talking :))
If your still having this problem for two years try fully resetting the Google home mini then delete the storage and cache to restart the app fully then reconnect and it should work
I appreciate that you didn't repeatedly yell out OK GOOGLE and set my phone and Google home off😂
Yeah I've had that happen way too much.
