Sunsama seems slick but a lot of the planning seems manual, even autoschedule requires input. I prefer Skedpal because it puts together your whole calendar automatically based on your priorities and time blocks, like a virtual assistant.
I hear you. They've started introducing AI features. Personally I like having to manually schedule my day. I've tried other tools which attempt to do it for me, but I feel like I'm typically working against it. It could just be a me problem or I haven't found the right tool yet. The alternatives simply don’t have the smooth integrations, I mean I have only been using it a week and I’m sold. Being able to push and pull tasks from Notion, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc is so invaluable. It really fills the gaps I have been solve with a seemingly never ending string of clunky, plugins, pipelines and extensions. If I can smooth out those wrinkles for 2 rolls of quarters a month I’m well served.

Definitely a lot more expensive than a lot of other productivity software. I would say if you save time and get value from using it, it is worth it. But for anyone that doesn't have the budget for it, there are cheaper alternatives. Which productivity software do you currently use?
