    Thank you. This was SO useful in helping walk me through my Sunsama setup. I discovered things that weren’t immediately apparent and kept going back and forth between your video and Sunsama to implement.

    Great overview! Watched it over dinner with Andra and the rest getting ready for bed 😂
    Always appreciate in-depth reviews when it's clear the person has been using the tool for a while, tons of tips to take from this even for seasoned Sunsama users! Enjoyed the video and excited for what's coming next our friend!

    Sunsama seems slick but a lot of the planning seems manual, even autoschedule requires input. I prefer Skedpal because it puts together your whole calendar automatically based on your priorities and time blocks, like a virtual assistant.

      I hear you. They've started introducing AI features. Personally I like having to manually schedule my day. I've tried other tools which attempt to do it for me, but I feel like I'm typically working against it. It could just be a me problem or I haven't found the right tool yet. I'll take a look at Skedpal. Thanks for sharing!

      Agreed, manual and being intentful is so valuable for me anyway.

      @@jackhester5414 💯 I like the feeling of autonomy over automation in this particular case.

      Absolutely my friend! Happy to help 👍 what productivity tools are you using?

      @@thebeautifulmessshow I'm a little bit biased, because I'm using my own tool. The topic of productivity is very close to me, so I like to watch reviews of different tools. There are so many videos, but not many of them are as detailed as yours.
      Maybe someday you will review my app too!

    Sunsama is great but overpriced compared to the alternatives which are often 50% cheaper. I've used it for a couple or months.

    • @thebeautifulmessshow
      @thebeautifulmessshow  8 месяцев назад +2

      Definitely on the pricier side of things. Do you plan to keep using Sunsama or switch? If so, what would you change to?

      The alternatives simply don’t have the smooth integrations, I mean I have only been using it a week and I’m sold. Being able to push and pull tasks from Notion, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc is so invaluable. It really fills the gaps I have been solve with a seemingly never ending string of clunky, plugins, pipelines and extensions. If I can smooth out those wrinkles for 2 rolls of quarters a month I’m well served.

    I am not sure why, I used the affiliate link and its says 30 day trial but then changed to only 14 days- however I still did not need to put in my credit card

    Is too expensive

    • @thebeautifulmessshow
      @thebeautifulmessshow  7 месяцев назад

      Definitely a lot more expensive than a lot of other productivity software. I would say if you save time and get value from using it, it is worth it. But for anyone that doesn't have the budget for it, there are cheaper alternatives.
      Which productivity software do you currently use?
