Been there. I use iCloud and Google Drive backup systems, and also Carbon Copy Cloner to automatically back up once a month to off-site drives.

Tbh i use Arc on windows it has its problems but trust its the most underrated and the best browser. Its not even a browser its more like a proper software and it will sky rocket your productivity

Been using it for a while now and its not as magical as everyone is making out it is.. Its a browser, does what all the other ones do. Just looks better, hence why I am still using it.

💫This is the cleanest, nicest and most performant browser I've ever encountered. I switched to ARC the other day and am testing it out in all its glory. It's true that Win 11 doesn't currently have full functionality like it does on Mac 👀 I really wanted to see them on Win 11 🤝 Many thanks to the developers for the great opportunity to look at the ARC browser from a new perspective. ⚡⚡Personally, I think ARC has great promise! Very big! I would especially like to note the absence of advertising and endless links that interfere with surfing and lead you astray. ⚡For me, the main thing in Arc is maximum concentration and productivity. Every mouse click is not wasted. Everything is very smart and modern. Now my thoughts 💭say that ARC may well be on the same level as Apple, and to be precise, I mean about the Apple website and how beautiful and clean it is. This is what inspires me to use ARC. ⚡We are waiting for the full functionality of ARC in Win 11💨

I'm trying to get used to it... I wish I could open an empty new tap and to through my bookmarks and choose the new tab o Open. It's just annoying that I have to type the url every time I need a new tab

Have you seen the memory usage of the Arc Browser? It seems to use an insane amount of memory on my windows laptop (ngl it uses more memory than chrome)

My problem with Arc is that it takes up too much screen estate (on the left side). I know you can hide the sidebar, but now I have no clue what tab I am on when researching. Chrome and Safari give me that overview in the top bar while taking up as little space as needed.

I really wanted to like Arc but the UX is convoluted. In particular, the way Spaces intersect with Profiles makes no sense at all. It's completely unusable.

what scares me is arc might not be around for a few more years. ive been using arc but if Skiff was any of a lesson.. investing time into startups products is risky

I found this because I feel absolutely brain dead from too much Internet. I kind of struggle with it. I'm gonna check out some of your book recommendations.

The ask command is pretty useful for recipe websites that have a bunch of fluff at the top of the page and the recipe at the very bottom. I asked it to for the recipe and instructions which it gave pretty quickly. Brave is still my default browser but I'll be using Arc more often for looking up recipes.

Is scheduling all manual? I put estimated time in and Clickup only blocks off an hour at the due date. And does it factor in work hours/weekends? I'm using Reclaim now and it does a great job at scheduling tasks and automatically adjusting them as tasks are completed. I can easily put in my working hours (and personal). I don't see how to do that in ClickUp

Thank you. This was SO useful in helping walk me through my Sunsama setup. I discovered things that weren’t immediately apparent and kept going back and forth between your video and Sunsama to implement.

I love Sunsama. I have used it for several years. I use it to bring in tasks from ClickUp, Todoist, Emails (Outlook and G-Mail), G-Cal (as a result of another software program only using G-Cal) and some legacy items from Notion and Trello. I am most productive using this tool (and I have tried MANY tools and methods to improve my productivity, with the aim of doing so without going completely mental). If you try to do this sort of thing by context switching from tool to tool, you will lose a ridiculous amount of focus time. I have proved this over and over again. Like it or not, we all need to use a variety of tools to do our work, and Sunsama is the melting pot that brings it all together. Sunsama keeps me on track. It is super reliable. Great Mobile App too. Support staff are awesome and developers are very active with constant updates and improvements. I feel very balanced and peaceful in the Sunsama environment, but also feel like I get many things accomplished. Sunsama is my HQ for ALL my tasks and helps me plan out very productive days. I like the daily shutdown as it prompts me to wind down for the day and this leads to better work/life balance, better sleep and a healthier relationship with my work (comments from a recovering workaholic). It is worth EVERY bit of the cost. It's relatively cheap when you analyse the outcomes, increased productively and overall health benefits. I can't ever see myself working without this fantastic platform.

I am using Arc on Windows, I was one of the first tester for windows, and the team has been very keen for listening out on our suggestions, us pointing out on things and overall just a awesome browser, just love it.

Whatever chemical your brain gonna release after using social media or any apps or platforms. It will get used to it and become no more interested in it or less interested in it and then by that time. You will start to delete those apps or social platforms and change to something else. Bybthe time you brain could find out what next to do on those phone. You already got addicted to the phone. Your brain will just tell you to pick up your phone instead of anything else. Just like smokes.

Sunsama seems slick but a lot of the planning seems manual, even autoschedule requires input. I prefer Skedpal because it puts together your whole calendar automatically based on your priorities and time blocks, like a virtual assistant.
