    Thank you I have ADHD , I’m a stay at home mom & I’ve been trying to launch my business. Recently, I have been working on building a system and building a routine to stay on task. I currently use Todoist, Click up & I'm getting into using Sunsama this helps a lot! Keep making these types of videos please!

    I love your personality, delivery and your production quality is great. I kept trying to find good videos to help with stuff like this, but everyone comes off super rude or like they think they're better than you. Please keep it up, i've definitely subscribed! I love your positivity!

    Thanks James for this insightful video as I am new to Sunsama. I also like your phrase ‘script for the day’ rather than the usual ‘list of tasks’. Looking forward to watching other videos you have made.

    I love the word 'scrip for the day', so much more pleasurable than 'tasks'

    Just what I needed, thanks. Great works flow and planning design that makes sense but also really clear explanation of inputs and system using Sunsama

    Has Sunsama also replaced Todoist for you? If not, can you please elaborate why?

    • @jennifergraber1
      @jennifergraber1 2 года назад +1

      I've kept TODOIST as my thought catcher. It also currently houses my "not yet" tasks and projects.
      I also keep it for the easy to create templates for daily routines that I enjoy checking off.

    Somehow, without the trans-lobal electrodes, this app doesn't sound appealing to me. I like to riff, emphasis on non-chron structures.

    Thanks for making this video! Interesting system. Is there a way for calendar events to automatically populate? I’m in 2+ organizations in Asana, can you connect more than one? What about multiple email addresses?

    if you can reduce it down to a single input (like if you can use Asana for work and personal stuff) Why not just have a single input source and save yourself the cluttered thinking and trying to herd cats?

      Or...
      You might have ADHD and using Todoist as a thought catcher and storage place works well, and sunsama is how you get the work done.
      I often underestimate my time, so the planned/actual time for tasks is abundant helpful in teaching myself how long it takes to do things.
      I have a bazillion valuable ideas that need a home. I can organize them in Todoist and assign times to do them in Sunsama. It's synchronized, so I don't lose anything or do extra work to check off a completed task.

    Can you schedule the todoist tasks in Sunsama?

    • @jamesdaly_tech
      @jamesdaly_tech  3 года назад

      I don't believe so Javian, as far as I can see it's more for viewing and completing the tasks, than creating new Todoist tasks
