We are looking to hit the road again in our van..it's a tad bit older than y'all's..we did alot of tourist stuff when we did vanlife back in 2018 , one place I would recommend is Helen Georgia..and also going and checking out the Georgia guide stones...and for some reason we fell in love with Galveston Texas..just stumbled on y'all's channel good content 👌
@@MathersOnTheMap yes I’m Kevin, going on 67 years old this summer 2022 and I’m looking for a challenger. The city of Montréal planted 2 concrete ping-pong tables per park, I’ll go easy on you 🏓🤗
Wow, I love the close ups of Kellie cooking. Just love it. You know what I love,? Kellies hands and nails are always spotless. Her pots and pans and cooking surface always spotless. Love you guys and so looking forward to my own journey and continuing to watch yours. I have learnt so much from you . We have started watching all of your videos from day one. Wow love it. Happy New Years guys.
The “foilage” is spectacular up here in the north east! 😂 Hoping to get on the road soon myself.. Thanks for all the awesome content and inspiration! Cheers!
THAT LOOKS LIKE A WARM UP TO A TRAVEL TOUR TO THE PROPERTIES YOU'VE BUILT, MANAGED, REMODELED OR WHATEVER, WHICH COULD BE HOTELS OR WHATEVER...........THIS COULD BE HUGE
@@MathersOnTheMap this past summer we enjoyed our cross country trip but the area we loved was South Dakota. Mount Rushmore, Needles highway, Badlands, I can’t remember all of what we did but it was an amazing experience. Badlands was crazy beautiful and we boon-docked immediately outside the park, I can’t even explain in words the beautiful sunrise/set. South Dakota has so much to see and do, truly recommend it.
You have to come to Central California to see Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon. I am an ED Nurse soon to be NP in Fresno CA. There are also lots of 8 wk travel assignments in our area!😇
Hey Jim! We used to live in California when Taylor was a travel nurse! We visited both yosemite and sequoia which were incredible. Would love to bring the van out there
Chattanooga TN ruby falls, rock city Ga. And if you ever pass by, mammoth caves in Ky is a cool place. Just did WV and the grenbriar tour, cool place if you like History.
Great episode you two! Alex keeps talking about Baja, I'm hesitant. You and some other vanlifers are starting to make me more comfortable with the idea 😀
Wonderful video & list. We've thoroughly enjoyed watching your adventures. Looking forward to more. May we suggest, Ozark National Scenic Riverways in our beautiful state of Missouri. Also, we have many lovely springs & caves to explore, here. Other travelers we watch/follow have called the Ozarks a "hidden gem." Safe travels!
Hi guys, I love your videos. I’m about done with my van conversion and came across an issue at some of the RV sites. They require the vehicle be registered as an RV and won’t allow conversion vans without the registration. Just wondering if you guys registered yours and if you have any suggestions or recommendations?
You guys are getting some good miles on the van! A trip to the Pacific Northwest is worth a few miles. Some magnificent hiking. You could plan on doing Vancouver, Canada as part of the same trip. YTer SUV RVing covers the whole western part of the US very well with regards of things to do, see, hikes, etc... So long as you are on the road, adding experiences, ya can't really go that wrong! Happy travels!
Wondering what credit card you think is the best for van travel. With fuel purchases so frequent is there a card that is good for hotel points in case you need a break from the road? Would love to see you do a break down of how you use cards as you travel and manage points/rewards. Also, love the "day in the life" type video.
Hey Jenny! I love this question, for fuel I use my citi premier card earning 3x on gas. This can also be used for hotels but I use the chase sapphire reserve a lot as well (more for travel related purchases) and my Hyatt card since were big into Hyatt hotels. Honestly though I manage a lot of cards and try to rack up points and much as I can. This is a good video idea
You are a couple that appears to share the same "brain" with myself and my girlfriend. 😂 We covered much of the same ground as you guys across North America. For us, Los Cabos is 1a and Todos Santos is 1b. We loved your initial thought to leave the van and return every year. We just purchased a quiet beach front condo in the corridor near San Jose del Cabo. Two suggestions for you next trip to Baja.. 1. Scuba dive around Land's end and the "Arch" 2. Hike the Sugar Port Trail to Punta Lobos. It is a breataking view of the Pacific Ocean! btw... I took your suggestion (must have been Taylor's) from a previous comment and asked the girl (Andrea) to marry me! 😃
bear hunting/let taylor shoot that dam bear-remember to pull the trigger slowly-not to make a lot of noise/bear meat stew/bear meat steaks/take care-also carry bear spray too/thanks much
Not new but always love them, even laughed at , Fuel? How did we get off the beach…😂🤣👍🏻
Haha we ran out of content since we’ve been home for the holidays! Hope this sufficed!!! Thanks for watching!

Love the way you shot and edited this episode. I've been to a few on the list and will definitely check out the rest of them!
Thanks Bobby!! Wanted to get a bit creative with this one
Great recap of some amazing places and good information.

Love this!! Adding some new places to our list. Our goal this summer is Alaska!
Love it! Alaska was our original goal for the van before Covid hit!
Alaska just sounds cold to me . Or should i say i imagine it to be cold what are summers like there?

Hey thanks for info!!
? On your H2O filtration- did you trust this while in Baha for drinking & cooking water?
You're welcome! You get your water from Aqua Purificada's which is purified drinking water (nobody really drinks the tap water in Baja).

Hahaha! 🤣

Really appreciate this cause it did!! Tetons is up there for sure but there’s no waves there!
