This unfortunate TBD bites the dust - or more accurately, hits the drink - as #physics force it to abandon ship. Fires & explosions release aircraft caught in the area of effect, leading to dramatic - yet comical - displays of broken & twisted steel above deck.

There isn't usually a happy ending for a TBD.
I honestly remember the designation by asking the question, "Why did the torpedo bomber crash?" I dunno, it's TBD.

Isn't that splash duration is to long in case of overboard?
That's a big burning hole. Did the fire cause the split / hole, or attack damage ?
wait, the planes have physics on the deck!?
perhaps the "out of control" should be more redrather then green
I mean,neat, but physics-lly speaking, a splash certainly isn't going to go higher than the height an object drops from, much less over twice the height it drops from.
Question, do you (the devs) plan on adding real sailors and pilots onto the ships/ into the planes? or will there never be people running around being smacked in the face with a 1000kg bomb?
I believe they said it is beyond their current resources. Especially since it doesn’t really add much to the game other than more visuals.
@@Stooltoad5017certainly would help with immersion. Im sure there’s a creative way that sailors could be added without issue.
@@InfiniteA1E I don’t think it’s quite that simple. Adding people at bare minimum would require at least a decent amount of time and resources. That’s assuming it’s fairly minimal. The team only has one actual programmer from what they have said. It just isn’t worth the time when they already have to make a fairly decent sized game with a rather small team.
It’s one of those things that they’d like to add, but are putting it on the bottom of the priority list in favor of making sure the game actually works and can be released soon. The dev team is a total of three people, only one of whom is actually doing any programming.
