One interesting thing about Shroud, he typically uses a sensitivity that equates to around 34cm for a 360 in any game, but when he played Overwatch for a while his sensitivity was around 26cm for a 360 because of how much turning around, verticality and general 360 aiming there is in that game. Some pro players in Overwatch use much, much lower sensitivity, but its interesting that the different scenarios and more varied aiming requirements of that game led to Shroud having a higher senitivity than usual in first person titles.

If you are ct and T-s are coming let them plant the bomb. You just try to do damage as much as possible without risking your life peeking and peeking again. If you can kill only one it's okay. When your teammates arraived, with grenades, you can literally solve the situation really easily if you have a solid team. One single flash can solve a lot of situation. I struggle most with being able to stay in consistent positions. I don’t really know where to start, but I guess I’ll start with this. I’m not scared of leaving my comfort zone, but maybe I should’ve been. I played low sens with heavy arm movement (did this for nearly 5 months, but decided I’d try higher sensitivities. I went from 400 dpi to 800 dpi, and from 3.0 in game Apex legends sens, to 1.8. I eventually even played at 2.0 - 2.8. After giving it a try for about 3 months, I lowered my sens to 1.5 - 1.8 for csgo. Effectively, I took my muscle memory for a joy ride, which ended in a Horrific accident. I’m sticking to 1.8 sens, but I just can’t get comfortable at my desk at all, and its been nearly 2 months of fixing. Moral of the story I guess is too respect your muscle memory Fat Edit: I found my grove again, I'm back to full form
Great video well explained. I want to be a arm aimer but its hard when its uncomfortable swiping to the right for a 180. Only on a mid high sensitivity I can accomplish and be comfortable with. Though micro adjustments is hard for me and tracking. Any suggestions?
Get a artisan hayate fx mousepad. I've bought over 10 pads over the past 5 years and this is by far the best. Many people never heard of artisan, but with some research you will see they are a top tier mousepad producer.
muscle memory for aim is a joke. ask anyone in yuki aim. the problem with the idea of having muscle memory for your aim is that muscle memory doesn’t kick in until you’ve repeated the exact same action well over 1000 times, and with aim you’re always making different movements to aim at targets.
Everybody says to play on the lowest possible sens but still be able to comfortably do a 180, but people like Nate Gibson, NeoNinja, and TheGamingDefintion play on really high sensitivity, and have the craziest snaps, they pretty much have aimbot, especially neoninja
I all depends on your preferences. My friend plays on really high sens and aims pretty well too. When you get used to it you probably aim like trash when choosing lower sens. That's why I never change my sens since I chose one.
This really didn't tell you how to find your sensitivity though. It was just about movement and posture and not good practices and tests to dial in what is good for you.

Hi Ron, I used to play old cs and css with high sens (2000 eCPI) and was not too bad (cal-im/m -ish) but I stopped playing for like 3 years and now I can't aim at all in csgo with high sens. I dropped to 800 eCPI and was godlike for like 3 days then completely trash and couldn't aim at all. then I changed to high sens again around 1300 eCPI and suddenly godlike for 3 days again then bad again. This terrible cycle would repeat and I don't know what to do. Should I stick with higher sens because that's what I used to use and used for a number of years? or should I just stick with a lower sens now? Can you please give some advice? Thanks. Also it's great to see a legend like you from the golden days here on youtube!
I know my sens/area of sens I prefer, just a question if porting sens like from csgo to siege should I match the 360/cm or match it based on feel with the fov?
Ray Zhang ok , I just had a minor issue because in siege I play on a lower fov so the same cs sens of 400 and 2 in siege on the lower fov felt like 400 and like 2.2 almost in cs even though the 360cm was the same.
I was wondering if you all think that I should try going lower than I am comfortable with, in an attempt to get used to it... for the sake of improving (especially, for making small adjustments, to get headshots). I've been used to playing, with over 2,100 eDPI, for a long while (I was around here in CS 1.6, playing well, then took 10 years away from games). I recently challenged myself with the task of going lower, and I am now more comfortable at the 800-1,200 range... and my optimal eDPI is somewhere around 880ish (still figuring this out). My mouse pad is 12" by 9". I feel like I could probably be a better player, with lower sensitivity. However, I'm not comfortable with much lower than 725 eDPI (as far as quickly flicking to targets, as well as bunny hoping/etc). My quick flick, on Valorant's practice (on medium difficulty, with armor, and using Vandal) is at about 25-55% success rate... with these 750-950 ish eDPI rates. If I go lower, I won't initially be at the same skill level; but then I might end up better, in the long run. What do you think?
And here I am watching this when my keyboard and mouse are on my sides on the bed (mousepad being the bedsheet) and my laptop being almost 90* to my right on the nightstand... 😆 💩😢
I am what you describe as a 'wristy" though I feel like I "have" to play on a high sensitivity. On Battlefield I play on 20% in game and 1600 DPI, which is a very fast sens, and my aim is pretty bad a lot of the time though sometimes I get some nice tracking and flicking going on. For some reason I mentally cant allow myself more room to move my mouse cause I feel like then its too slow. Any tips to try breaking this illusion or what ever you would call it? the first thing I will be trying is playing and adjusting my sens as I play.
@@ronrambokim ok, if anything I feel like I'm too slow on the flicks. Any tips on how to take more advantage of the mousepad space? I feel like I only use a portion of it

I mainly arm aim kinda like faze Niko nowhere near as good as him of course lol is this sensitivity high? Also should I continue to aim with the majority of the mouse pad or it it still too early I'm my learning process to really have a style?
Please help me fix my stiff wrists. Idk why it happens but sometimes my hands feel so concrete that I feel like I can't move the mouse at all. Also it becomes very awkward in aiming to close pistol fights.
Hey. I apologize in advance for my English. A question. In cs go there is also the sensitivity of the zoom. By default, it costs 1. Does it go as a multiplier? (I have 400 2.2 (880edpi)). If the zoom is 1, then I also have 880 edpi or 400? And yes, raw input is just as interesting. How does he work? If it is turned on, then 400 dpi and 2.2 (880), and if it is turned off, is dpi, windows sens considered, and only then in-game sensitivity? 400 * 6 * 2 * 2? help me please

Sensitivity and hand grip work together - if you change one, the other changes - its about finding a perfect mix and staying consistent
very helpful thanks!
VERY UNDERRATED RUclipsR
This is really good.
Thank you :D
Ron Rambo Kim 🙏
There aren't too many videos that go in depth the way you do that. A LOT RUclips channels just talk about fucking crosshair and dpi numbers
I appreciate it, thanks :)
Don Rambo back with the banger vids, much appreciated.
You got it sir
@@ronrambokim Do you also have a feeling when installing motherboard chipset drivers feel more accurately with the mouse?
Or there is no logic? I've always had this feeling with both intel and AMD
Would love to book a coaching session with you, are you going to have any availability in the near future?
Thanks in advance! - Goodvibez

Doesn't matter my character gets in game tremors, head bobing and visual impairments 🤣
This guide is good for 90's games like CSGO.
I have pretty decent aim but my shit chair and my tall desk limit my aiming abilities cause of how far down my chair has sank over the period of time that i've had it.
Does anyone else play with their chair straight up with their ribs pressed up against their desk like you're in a baby's high chair? Because I do :)
Many pros do this :)
Nice video, thanks
Moral of the story I guess is too respect your muscle memory
Fat Edit: I found my grove again, I'm back to full form
NovaAim didn’t understand the “horrific accident”
Thanks a lot!
Great video well explained.
I want to be a arm aimer but its hard when its uncomfortable swiping to the right for a 180.
Only on a mid high sensitivity I can accomplish and be comfortable with. Though micro adjustments is hard for me and tracking. Any suggestions?
I use my mouse at 1400 dpi and 4.15 sense in csgo is that bad?
lol, its really bad
You mad man
But I still managed to get to MGE with that sense soo its fine xD
@@ronrambokim xD
When I'm playing casual I sit with one leg up, but when it's sweaty time I gamer neck
Probably a dumb question as I dont play CSGO much but what map is that you are practicing on? Id like to try that out.
aim botz
Second 😳 thanks for doing this video about sensitivity will help a lot of players and also the community ♥️
thax for the advice
you have a pretty high sens .. btw would you recommend the hyperX mousepad you are using ?
Get a artisan hayate fx mousepad. I've bought over 10 pads over the past 5 years and this is by far the best. Many people never heard of artisan, but with some research you will see they are a top tier mousepad producer.
muscle memory for aim is a joke. ask anyone in yuki aim. the problem with the idea of having muscle memory for your aim is that muscle memory doesn’t kick in until you’ve repeated the exact same action well over 1000 times, and with aim you’re always making different movements to aim at targets.
1337, very nice. thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. your videos are great, keep it up.

*Muito Obrigado Ron Rambo por essas dicas que servem muito! Seria ótimo se você incluísse uma tradução dos seus vídeos para o público latino-americano. Valeu mesmo!*
do you recommend aim trainers? i know there are people that do and people who are against it. i personally use Kovaaks and can aim really well now. whats your oppinion, is it worth making a video on? talking about 3rd party aim training vs ingame aim training.
I'll take a look at them - I haven't tried them yet
@@ronrambokim good to hear! kovaaks is $10 on steam however but it recommended by alot of pro players especially in the fortnite and apex community. but its not just for fortnite/aoex. it can be used for any fps game. its really good. i do recommend you check it out you should be able to understand the program after an hour or two and a few youtube videos
Kovaaks rlly improved my aim as in it improve my mouse control
Gotta rep Aimer7’s guide for using Kovaak’s. Done wonders for my aim.
Good tips. You the dude from 3D clan?
That's me 👍
top cs 1.6 config on that one site haha. plus 3D clan demos were a joy to watch.
3:10 is when he starts talking about stuff related to the title instead of stuff from the other video he made
Thanks for that
Okay. its currently 3:49 am and I just looked at the videos on your channel, im about to go to sleep but im totally gonna watch all your vids later today when im fresh
And thanks SO MUCH for making this video, i have been struggling to find my perfect sens. Anyways, goodnight to anyone else who is up late or maybe about to go to sleep :)
Thanks :D
i recently switched from playing from my bed with a mousepad to a full desk with a mousepad and im just really inconsistent and it feels really uncomfortable to the point that my sensitivity doesn’t feel the same
What if your best sensitivity is low but you're so used to high that lowering your sens destroys your muscle memory and you cant hit shots
Cxde I’m totally new to PC and I’m struggling with these mechanics especially right now In Modern Warfare 800 Dpi 8.00 sensitivity has been my best feel but then if I go 1600 Dpi 4 sensitivity it’s smoother but a tad slower I hate picking up the mouse to do 360 turns lol 😂
I think its safer to be just slightly lower than higher in terms of sensitivity
I'm a big fan of Team 3D since I played cs 1.6 in China and now I'm in USA. Team 3D still legendary
Do u think the fury s speed is better then the standard one and is it worth it to get a gaunt one.
Do you flex your wrist when moving or flicking or just make it comfortable
Gracias por los consejos sirven mucho. Sería genial si le incluyes traducción a tus vídeos para el público de Latinoamérica.
de nada!
I know my sens/area of sens I prefer, just a question if porting sens like from csgo to siege should I match the 360/cm or match it based on feel with the fov?
you should match the cm/360. that way you build muscle memory of how much you need to move your mouse to get the enemy in your crosshair
💩😢
I am what you describe as a 'wristy" though I feel like I "have" to play on a high sensitivity. On Battlefield I play on 20% in game and 1600 DPI, which is a very fast sens, and my aim is pretty bad a lot of the time though sometimes I get some nice tracking and flicking going on. For some reason I mentally cant allow myself more room to move my mouse cause I feel like then its too slow. Any tips to try breaking this illusion or what ever you would call it? the first thing I will be trying is playing and adjusting my sens as I play.
Let's take a moment to appreciate this guy intelligence.
what are the crosshair commands for the crosshair you're using in this video mate? thanks!
Does anyone know what is this mouse pad?
Currently using hyperx pad
Ron Rambo Kim thanks
I was just thinking in my head if i should use 2.0 or 2.5 400 dpi then i saw this vid it s like a blessing
god there is a massive differance between 2 and 2.5
@@speshuLcs With 2 im hitting more of a 1 taps and shit but with 2.5 im more like a shroud- fast aim but not as accurate
@Hussein Naji What he said was very useful. Consistency is key. Gotta use your big boy brain brother.
@Loke_N official He used to play 2.5 actually after pubg he went down to 2.4 even 2.2 :D
@Loke_N official Shroud all CS:GO settings + Config and Autoexec! search the vid u will see
Hey Rambo, if I've already been using a certain sens for a long time but it's not the one I've found should I switch? Thanks.
Only change if you feel like you dont have enough control right now
@@ronrambokim ok, if anything I feel like I'm too slow on the flicks. Any tips on how to take more advantage of the mousepad space? I feel like I only use a portion of it
How I can have on all Games same Sense to constant train aim aim?
i have problem with vertical aiming... moving whole arm isn't accourate :( any tips?
Hey there Ron! So I'm pretty new to mnk, been at it for about 3 weeks. My DPI is 500 and my 360 is about 32ish centimeters. I use a huge mouse pad like the desk size one lol now I mainly play cod mw rn but will be getting into quake champions and hyperscape. I mainly arm aim kinda like faze Niko nowhere near as good as him of course lol is this sensitivity high? Also should I continue to aim with the majority of the mouse pad or it it still too early I'm my learning process to really have a style?
should make a video explaining how to setup a great mouse camera angle haha
Please help me fix my stiff wrists. Idk why it happens but sometimes my hands feel so concrete that I feel like I can't move the mouse at all. Also it becomes very awkward in aiming to close pistol fights.
hey man, can you make a setup video showing how you set up your desk with monitor, keyboard, mousepad ect. am really curious
Cheers
Sure, I'll add it to the list
Question on the pivot, if you need to look directly up and down, how does that work with a strict pivot?
For looking up and down, there will be forward and backward arm movement
I had to reply cuz our names bro 😂... wtf lol
Is it good to use aim acc?
Arm or wrist? For valorant..?
Which video ? Can you put your previous video in the video dis discription
