As I said on your first video about Sint Maarten/Saint Martin. I realize people comparing the 37 square miles island to Jamaica. I am sure most of us did Geography and Social Studies in school. That mean you all suppose to know that some islands are volcanic (with mountains, hills and water sources etc) and some islands are coral islands (flat, white sandy beaches, no water sources so they have to use desalination plants) Each island is unique and wonderful in its own way that is why the Caribbean is so diverse. I live just 20 mins away by airplane on the island of Nevis (our sister island is St Kitts) we are volcanic islands with dormant volcanoes, water sources, lots of greenery.

Yes I have visited SXM more than 25 or 30 times. Stayed on the French side a couple of times and the Dutch side many many times. So much more to do on the Dutch side especially after the sun goes down. Don't get me wrong the French side is beautiful and a great visit but the action is on the Dutch side.. Simpson Bay or Maho area.. It is so much different than any other Caribbean island. And I have stayed on most.
I was in Sint Marteen in 2018 for 1 month. I stayed in the Dutch part but also visited the French we had great fun, mainly because it was the carnival season, but the hurricane had done extensive damaged the island. My two friends and I walked the road daily, we also visited St Kitt, Nevis and Anguilla

From the time you mentioned the instructions are in French , I knew you guys are on the Dutch side. Next time try the Dutch side

I vacation in Antigua 🇦🇬for a week. The beach was beautiful and clear . I stayed close to the beach in the villa were also on the lake at the back with a deck ⛱and we go to the beach one r two a day for a week

Why don't y ou surprise Simas buy getting him a few nice short sleeve shirts with bottoms (Caribbean style) that look casual when you wear with with shorts but look nice if you wear with dress pants. It seems that you guys are always on the go but he sees to always go for a t-shirts. Give your man a transformation (if he allows it). I think that it would be fun to watch his reaction.
Is this in Orient Bay by the Village? We’ve been 3 times and love staying on the French side in Orient Bay. ❤️ We’ve also stayed in St Barts. Crazy story, during the riots in December 2019 we were afraid we couldn’t get out of the French side so we flew from the smaller airport on the French side to St Barts, then back to SXM when it was time to leave.

St.Maarten is a safe Island. My husband and I have been to St.Maarten alot in the pass so you don't have to worry too much about not feeling safe.
